Embarrassing clownshow
We were promised a lorry and 3 men, in the event we got 2 men and a Luton van. So the move had to be performed in 2 trips and took about 12 hours. I had to do a substantial amount of loading and unloading myself. We finished so late they ended up ignoring all the labels on boxes and leaving everything, including furniture, in the main living space.
The staff were friendly enough but also careless and dropped several items. High value items were not wrapped as promised and it was pure luck that they survived the trip. Multiple other items didn't make it. They walked mud through both properties.
We were told the business owner didn't show because he was opening his coffee shop that day as though they were doing us a favour. They have not responded to feedback.
None of what was promised was delivered (although to be fair, the beds were rebuilt) and the service isn't worth 1/4 of what we paid. Woeful.
