John Smith Blue Sneakers...the design is elegant and lively but after 3 times using already tear on the bottkm back of tge sneaker, the bkack rubber is just to thin and niw yiu can amready see tge white part if rubber!!!

The sneakers I bought are
uncomfortable for walking, they cause sores on the back of my feet and blisters.

Received my fantastic long down jacket from JR Italy today. Love the detailing on the jacket, it is so nice to own something with design originality. Beautifully packaged in a branded box and arrived in the UK within 2 days of ordering. I used to be a Destroy kid in the 90s, so it's really special to own a bit of JR again.

I had a query regarding the care of my new jumper. I sent a message to John Richmond which was answered promptly and with good advice.
I wish all companies were as efficient and professional as this company.

What great customer service I have had from Giuliana. Every enquiry was dealt with promptly. I needed my parcel held up for a week so I would be at home to receive it, this was duly done and communicated to me. If every company had a Giuliana at customer service we customers would never have a problem. Thanks Giuliana and John Richmond

I bought a navy cardigan with JR motifs and silver toggle type buttons. I don't like the large vulgar labels the first thing I did was remove the its rock and roll large label from the back. The initials all over and name badges suggest the name holder has ego issues. This item should come with a seam ripper as standard to remove the labels, I cant image the Duke of Edinburgh would wear large vulgar labels so nor would I. It was reduced from £270 to £20. For 20 quid I like it. I like the way it fits well in the shoulders and the belly, I like the navy and silver buttons and the gold writing makes its more interesting. The main shop ones are always a sloppy fit around the belly assume obesity. I wore it 4 times with out incident then a button fell off. I sewed it back on. I looked at the other wonder how long before I need to sew another one back on. The quality seems almost like a single wear item quality. I would expect more robustness of Marks or Primemart but then I would not like it as much. If you have a seem ripper and sewing kit then this may be the brand for you. May be its standard £270 retail includes a John Lewis sewing machine which may well be required. Very well worth buying on discount but not at "fool" price
