I approached Johnny for some informal advice on adding value to my property. He was really easy to talk to and very friendly, the whole process was great. I ran him through some of my ideas and he helped enhance them and make sure I was doing things that would be worth it. His knowledge was extremely useful in making sure I was being realistic with my goals.

We booked in a 1-1 session with Johnny after feeling a bit lost when trying to get into property investment. Johnny is a very down to earth guy with no hidden agenda and he let us pick his brains with numerous questions as well as running through a deal we were interested in. We came away from the session with confidence and motivation to go ahead and bid on our first investment property that we were originally hesitant to.
