Delivery service and customer care
Selected standard delivery which is upto 5 working days. After not reviecing after 7 working days communication with customer services confirms they are unable to action with royal mail until 10working days. The solution from customer service is for future orders to select tracked delivery. I feel the response is poor and as a company could be transparent the standard delivery is potentially 10working days as they are unable to support during this period. Perhaps if there was more transparency people would opt for different delivery options.

As the selected delivery option was the standard letterbox delivery, the provided date is an estimated delivery date.
We hand all our customers' orders over to our couriers in good faith, expecting that orders will be delivered within the estimated delivery time slot.
On rare occasions, couriers may be unable to meet this estimated delivery date for various reasons that are beyond our control.
Please continue to liaise with customer service, as they are there to help

Would of given 5 Stars though your products are beautiful your customers service needs alot more improvements especially when returning a item and requesting a refund .found the whole process not straight forward especially when your refund comes from abroad 😒
