Quality and efficiency
I received the samples very quickly and the bonded lining was delivered only three days after I ordered it. The quality is exellent.

Great service
I really needed the weights ASAP to complete a project. I messaged the company to that effect. The service was brilliant, the weights arrived and I finished the project on time. Brilliant, would definitely use them again!

I chose John Downs for a few reasons; i was able to order curtain header tape by the metre, they offered a good selection of competively priced accessories eg needles, thread etc PLUS they are a small family run business who I will always look to support. The products well packaged and quickly.

Many years since I had made curtains so I was pleased to find a business that had good communication for discussion of products, plus the fact that they were happy to send out free samples.
