My order appeared across 3 deliveries, at which at no time did anybody ever ring my doorbell to say the goods had arrived.
Every time I contacted John Cootes, I was dismissed as though I was an idiot,!!!!!!!
I was treated as if I was incapable of understanding the simple process of goods ordered=goods received.
Thanks John Cootes customer service...I am not stupid and furthermore....thankfully my daughter is a journalist.

Delivery was delayed and item colour didn't match description
Delivery was delayed by over a week and then on receiving the product the colour isn't anywhere near what it is in the ad.

We assembled the swing and used it for…
We assembled the swing and used it for one day. And noticed after few days it has roof broken. I expected as it is weather proof it would be good quality but looks like it is fragile and not recommend for outdoor.
