Just to see what they offered I had to give them my contact info which led to them spamming my inbox. Currently on my third unsuccessful attempt to unsubscribe. After reading the other reviews I’m glad I didn’t give them my bank info.

Refund Refusal for a $70 service is abhorrant
My account renewed without any notification CHARGED ME $70 and I immediately cancelled the service. I attempted to reach out to Joggo's customer service line (same day account charged) and they refuse to refund me.
Not only does this app do a HALF ASSED job of helping someone get into running but they are predatory preying on silent account rollovers.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

Excellent app!
It's great that a voice guides you through your workout. It keeps you going.
I wanted to lose 10 pounds and with your personal plan, it was easily doable.
There are lots of yummy recipes to choose from in your mealplan. All easy to prepare aswell, even for someone as me who works more than 50 hours a week.
The plan keeps you motivated.
I can only highly recommend it!

This is the worst app I’ve used
This is the worst app I’ve used. Firstly it could not produce my meal plan. Then when I asked the coach about setting up my plan so I can train for my marathon all I was told was that I had to complete my first7-8km run and then he would setup my running plan. After my(first) run which the tracking stopped half way cause the app only allowed me to run for 15min. My run plan was set for a 21km run.
When I emailed hello@joggo they told me to delete the app and start again which did not work. Then I was told someone from the technical department would contact me in 48hrs which was almost a week ago. On top of that they informed me that 21km is the longest run plan I can do!!!! What a joke.
I also email and asked for someone to respond or I am going to ask for a refund but I still have not heard back from anyone!

This company advertises a full refund on membership price after you run 26.2 miles. This is a very misleading claim. I signed up for this app and because I didn’t use a specific link, I am being denied this I said I am still in my introductory period with this company. False advertising and empty promises.

I love the positive encouragement throughout the run, and that it tells me when I am halfway. The run streak makes me want to commit to runs and I love the optional workouts added in between scheduled run days.
