So I was very hesitant to use Running.point to order my new running shoes because of the negative reviews. But I could only find the shoes I wanted on their website so I have decided to order from them. And everything went great, good email communication, shoes ordered on Tuesday, delivered on Friday. So quick delivery considering item sent from Germany to UK. My review relates to the order process, communication and delicvery time and everything perfect.

I ordered from this site as they was by far much cheaper than everywhere else,I ordered but for some reason never got a confirmation straight away,so I googled it and was horrified when I read the bad reviews,anyway just to let people know my experience was really positive,once my order had been picked I got the confirmation 👍 and I got regular updates with regards to my delivery and infact received it today,only a few days from ordering,so I would highly recommend this shop and tell people not to worry

Disgusting service. I ordered a Nike jacket for my son that I never received. I demanded a refund and after two months I am still waiting for it and nobody is liasing with me.

Edit: items did arrive eventually, so all above board. But not the easiest company to deal with.
They are trading from Germany and communication is in broken English, the courier could not deliver my item because the address was ‘incomplete’ which is absolute rubbish. It’s been a week now and I paid almost £5 for delivery. I have no confidence in this retailer, best to avoid. Wish I had!

I ordered Trainers in size UK 6.5 on 24 January and received size UK 6 on 27 January. I returned them Monday 31 January requesting an exchange for the correct size and the tracking showed they received them 3 Feb. A week later on 10 February I received an email saying I’d received a refund. I kept checking PayPal but nothing. In the end on 20 Feb I had to raise a case on PayPal to get the refund which they sorted out promptly. Almost a month of being mucked about to be back where I started. Don’t waste your time.

Very pleased with the service - although I first hesistated to order after reading reviews here. They had the shoe model I wanted to buy, but which is not available in the UK yet. It was 30% cheaper then anywhere else. It was shipped from Germany to the UK with tracking provided. It arrived 5 days after I placed the order. The packaging was fully recycleble - no plastic, they even use a paper tape to seal it. And the shoes fit perfect! Extremely satisfied.

After reading the review, I was expecting to have to call my credit card.
However the trainers arrived several days after purchase.

I hardly ever write reviews, but I'm making the effort on this occasion because this retailer is an absolute shambles and I would urge others not to use them.

I ordered a pair of £93 trainers for my wife's birthday on 23 October. They were £130 on all other websites, so I thought that I'd grabbed a bargain. The website indicated that they'd be delivered in 4-5 days.

The trainers never arrived, and I finally received a refund on 29 November. I had to order the trainers from another retailer to get them in time for my wife's birthday.

As others have reported, their courier, GLS, is utterly hopeless. They claim to have attempted delivery four times. According to the tracking info, I was at home on two of those occasions - no one attempted delivery. And no missed delivery note was put through the door on any of those four occasions. It feels like a scam to me.

I then asked them to deliver the trainers to my office, which has a 24-hour reception. Despite Jogging Point saying that this would be done, the trainers ended up just being returned to them.

Absolutely shocking company and useless couriers. GLS? I think I had more chance of my trainers being delivered by JLS.

Wish I red the reviews before placing the order.
If feels like pre Y2K where I am waiting 10 days on after placing the order.
First up, while placing the order - the website stated that I should have the shoes in 4-5 days, but the item didn’t leave their warehouse till the sixth day.
Further, GLS, their shipping provider is another horrible company who move the goods at snail pace and their review is under 2 starts (1.9 to be precise) in trust pilot and elsewhere.
Also the Jogging Point website claims that they use UPS and DHL, but I think it’s a lie and they have the reputed courier companies next to GLS just to eyewash the customers.
Lastly, the product is £20 odd cheaper - but save yourself from the Haarlem of dealing with a bunch of incompetent crooks!

Poor Communication, Poor Returns, Poor Experience.

I ordered a pair of shorts through Jogging Point August 2021.

I used the shorts but the zip broke immediately which meant I lost my keys and this prompted me to get in touch. A few emails back and forth and I had to return the shorts and reorder at my expense to pay for delivery which I thought was unfair - so I was promised they would escalate the issue but now the shorts are out of stock - I had to chase for a response to the escalation multiple times only to find out that they won't give me a code for free delivery....!

Don't waste your money, time or effort.

Like most, i was a bit cautious about ordering from this site but as most of the bad reviews were around returns and i knew what size i wanted, i decided to give it a go. I ordered a pair of Nike Terra Kiger at a really good price and these landed at my doorstep after a week. Admittedly the tracking on the parcel was rubbish, the reference number just wasn't recognised but in terms of getting what i ordered, there's no issues from me and a quicker than expected delivery. I would say that if you know what you want (including the exact sizing) then this company should hold no fears. Just hoping i don't have to test out the customer service if the shoes fail somehow!

TBH... I bought a pair of Adidas trainers without looking at the reviews of Jogging-Point.co.uk, as soon as i did my heart dropped and thought it was a scam...
I ordered the trainers on the 2 Aug 21 and received them today 5 Aug 21.
So, i'm thankful I wasn't ripped off.

Again I don’t usually leave these reviews but I wonder if perhaps this company had a bad rep because it’s only when orders go wrong that people review?

I ordered on Saturday and got the trainers - Metcon 6 Nike - today (Friday)

As described, new, one teeny tiny mark on… doesn’t bother me and obviously not from worn - I wonder if (given the amount of people who reviewed damaged items) perhaps this company sells factory-seconds / less than perfect items but doesn’t describe as so? Regardless this ‘mark’ is about the size of a pin head so I’ll scratch it off.

Definitely not good company to get hold though - I sent an email cancelling order (after I read reviews on here) and obviously that never happened / never got reply.

So that said I’m glad it went well.

Also yes the tracking is a bit fiddly (use Order Number to track when abroad - once shown as in UK, copy and paste the Tracking Number into the tracking search via the Parcel Force website - not on the link attached because for some reason that takes you to fed ex…!)

I’d exercise caution given the reviews on here but for my personal experience I’m giving it a fair 4*s.

TAKEN MONEY TWICE, NO ITEM, NO ORDER CONFIRMATION. I was going to buy some shoes on this site. I cancelled at the order stage and the order did not go through. Check bank account and the money had come out, twice. Customer service said they had no record.I sent proof and nothing. Scammers.

I have returned the shoes since February and now its JUNE! I emailed them many many times, but got no answer regarding my reimbursement. I contacted them via their Facebook page and they said me that they have a lot of work but they are going to respond soon. Never! I tried to call several times but there is an answering machine says two visit their page and send email. This is very weird, cause they delivered the shoes really quick, they respond to my first email regarding return policy immediately and they send me an email in time when they received the shoes.

Very poor service. I ordered trainers on 25 Apr 21 and still had not received them by the end of May. I have today got my money back through PayPal. Two automated replies in German. One response that promised they would get back to me urgently with an update - never heard from them again. I never leave negative reviews but would not use this company again, ever.
