I've tried several services from Groupon, but this one stands out as the most premium experience I’ve ever had. From having a personal assistant, Lily, who is absolutely incredible in guiding you through the process, to a straightforward onboarding—no endless 1000-page questionnaires here. It's simple and efficient, followed by a quick phone call assessment with a physician. And within a day, my medication arrived— the medication was packaged nice sealed, temperature regulatedperfect 10 out of 10. I’m definitely going to be a long-term customer.

I was able to get my meds shipped the very next day after my consultation. The consultation set up was quick and easy. My doctor was super friendly and answered all my questions. Phone consultation was prompt and was approved to start treatment in less than 15 mins.

I believe I hit THE JACKPOT finding Joey Med who is HIPAA-compliant. I dealt with Lilly who is very upbeat & compassionate while still being totally professional. Lilly made me feel comfortable as she was so kind & understanding. My initial tirezpide 2-month supply was received promptly from Shield Pharmacy in Florida. A bump in the road happened on the next shipment, but Nancy went out of her way to make sure this 2nd package arrived prior to our vacation. This 3–4-month supply was from Emerald compounding pharmacy also in Florida.

Nancy was courteous, knowledgeable & FANTASTIC in dealing with me on this processing issue. For the few times I called or texted, both gals answered promptly & I give JOEY MED a solid positive a referral.

The packaging from Emerald was superb! I’ve never seen such meticulous safe packaging on anything. This was sent through UPS. Inside the box, there were multiple layers of packaging, and each layer was sealed and had padding. Wow, when I finally reached the vials, they were again protected by more insulation. Each glass vile was on top of a cotton ball; inside an individual pill type container. Other businesses should take note of Emeralds fine packaging. It made me feel like Emerald really cares about their clients & patients. Thank you, Emerald!
