-5 stars. Waiting 6 weeks for your delivery. Impossible to contact them. They don't respond via Facebook, Instagram, website, or email. Only after sending a forceful email holding them liable is your package spontaneously sent. My advice: don't order anything here. I certainly won't be doing it again.

If I could give lower than 1 star I would.
As many other reviews state. Ordered over 2 months ago. Despite numerous attempts to contact them there is never a response. I received a delivery notification I can only assume to be fake as it has the delivery destination in the USA (I'm UK)
Thankfully wasn't a lot of money but avoid these at all costs you will never see your order

Update.
The goods have now been recieved, 3 months after ordering and still no Comms from the company, but at least I have it.

Taken money and no goods.
Purchased a couple of bits and money was taken, but 2 months later I've still received nothing.
I have emailed Customer support several times and have had no response.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they will take your money and you'll never see it or your goods again.

Extremely late delivery, followed by complete silence from the so-called customer support. Despite multiple attempts to contact them for over a month, there was no response at all, making returns effectively impossible.
After reading other reviews, it’s obvious that many customers are affected – missing deliveries, no refunds, no support. A company that claims to offer customer support but does not actually provide it is simply not trustworthy.
Clear warning: Ordering here is a risk. I strongly advise against it.

Wish I'd seen these reviews before I bought. They just take your money. No items ever show up. Email addresses and contact forms don't work. It's money down the toilet if you buy from these.

Don't, I repeat DON'T waste your time ordering and paying for items you will never receive.

I been scammed by these Cowboys in China don't be the next victim.

A definite scam! Place order and then there will be ZERO contact with the company!

Do not order from this liars- you will not receive anything. I was attacking them day by day with emails on their web site and DM in instagram- no response- they just ignoring. Absolute scammers.

Do not buy on the jockmail.co website , it is a fraud. they never arrive , they were supposed droped off in a mail box in US, I bought them form Spain. I sent about 5 emails , no answer at all .

I ordered a jock.
Got link to be able to track.
In the beginning it was normal tracking from origin to my city, then it started to go weird.
It first stated it was out for delivery - No delivery came...
Then it stated it was available at pick-up point - NO information about WHERE that is!
Then I contacted the company - NO answer.
Now it says Delivery failed...
I guess I just lost my money in a scam...
