Not sure where the product actually is

WARNING : ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

WARNING: JOBY MAY HAVE SOME DECENT PRODUCTS, BUT THEIR FULFILLMENT / CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE "TEAM" (OUTSOURCED TO A COMPANY CALLED VIVENDUM) IS A COMPLETE DISASTER. PLACED MY ORDER ON SEPTEMBER 5. ITEM NEVER ARRIVED AND I'VE BEEN ASKING FOR A REFUND EVER SINCE. 5+ WEEKS AND COUNTING. VIVENDUM'S REP KEVIN HAS BEEN ASSIGNED TO MY CASE AND HAS BEEN COMPLETELY USELESS. I'VE WASTED A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF TIME TRYING TO GET A RESOLUTION. I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO FILE A CLAIM WITH AMERICAN EXPRESS. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM JOBY AGAIN.

Disappointed and tripod useless

Purchased everpod flow for $160 and lost the quick release attachment. The tripod itself is cluncky and hard to use. When I tried to replace the part, Joby advised they don't have parts and gave me a like to a $55 substitute brand that wasn't even available online or instore. They then closed the case and that's all I got. I have a useless tripod I can't use. Do not buy these products, Joby doesn't care.

I was excited about finally getting one…

I was excited about finally getting one of these but when I got it, it looked used. There were scratches all over it and I'm very disappointed. I will not recommend this company.
