Often job seekers are not genuine nor vetted!
Often
Prospect not turning for interview ,
Not informing that they will not arrive ,
No vetting of employees prospects regarding their share codes and legality,
Many are on universal credit looking for cash jobs,
Overall, a vetting system need to be in place for subscribers/employers so genuine job seekers will apply and appear to a job application.
We are paying for this and not for rotten candidates who are not qualified.
If you consider yourself as a reliable source you should employ mechanisms to protect and assist you main supporters The subscribers your clients.
Instead,your system is a faulty in this respect.
