feels misleading
I signed up because it appeared to be free to post a job. However, what isn't made clear during the setup process is that once candidates apply, you have to pay to contact them. If that had been clearly explained from the beginning, I could have made an informed decision before spending time creating my profile and job listing.
There's nothing wrong with charging for a service, but the pricing should be transparent upfront. The current approach feels misleading and leaves users discovering the real cost only after they've already invested their time.
