Extremely helpful support- always offering and suggesting different ways to help me getting into work. Constant opportunities are being offered to me and all of the team seems optimistic towards helping me. Amazing staff and amazing program.

When I arrived I was greeted by two very helpful ladies who made my appointment at Lichfield very welcoming they were very supportive and very talkative I would rate my first experience a 10 out of 10 keep up the good work

AKG Jobs22, Hinckley, are one of the best and most helpful organisations I have worked with, whilst unemployed. They have supported me in many ways, and always keep my best interests in mind. I would recommend them to anyone, who needs helpful and impartial advice, when looking for work.

Don't seem to have any empathy and just going round and round in circles asking same pointless questions and not offering you anything you can't do yourself soul destroying but they don't care

I would have to be honest; I did not get a very good start on my Apprenticeship journey in the beginning. However, since I was assigned a new tutor, it changed massively. I will admit to underestimating the work involved in completing the level 3 course, but it was a long journey and without the help, encouragement and support from Sybil, I would not have made it to the end hence the rating. Times I wanted to give up she was still there in the background checking in on me. I finally finished and now I can focus on better opportunities.

Advisors urge you to send receipts for travel and work clothes only to ignore emails. I was out of work for a year, and they urged me to spend £60+ on work clothes only to ignore my emails. I was never reimbursed for this. I've been waiting for 5 months. Very disappointing!!!

This company adds zero value for job seekers.
The jobs on their 'old school' board can be found on any online job board. It's like stepping back into a high st recruitment agency in the 90s staffed by the same calibre of people.
You go from appointments with DWP to also participating in pointless appointments with these lot too.
I see they made £18M profit last year - for what??

Just another drain on the UK's resources.

Very friendly and effective support from Jermaine. They helped me effectively to get the ball rolling and provide the necessary knowledge to suceed.

I am disappointed with this service. I received one phone appointment, and after that my advisor Ekta disappeared. I emailed them around that time she said will be my next appointment but I never heard anything back from her. Waist of time.

Jobs 22 paid for my taxi journeys when training for a new job which made it possible to get to work on time which has now turned into a full time job.

Sarah s approach is a lot more relaxed when looking for work Giving mme the choices off where I would like too work . Very encouraging and feel at ease with Sarah .

Carl Lewis and Trevan from job 22 were very helpful and understanding and enrolled on certain course to improve my job skill. Carl especially redone my cv to help me sell mysel lm to employers. All I can say is BRILLIANT

Odessa recommended me to mr carl Lewis to write a cv . Carl was very helpful and we manage to make one .

Bilqis is incredible!!! Very knowledgeable, professional and resourceful. She restored my confidence with words and actions of encouragement. She also provided practical support with equipment that would help me start work and referred me onto courses to give me CV and interviewing skills. I am now in a very rewarding role and I could not be more grateful. Thank you
