However, receiving two charges in a single month is definitely not our standard procedure and usually indicates a duplicate account or a technical billing anomaly. I've had services with Job Hero for a…
I've had services with Job Hero for a few years, and before today I had not used the services in a couple of years. So when I logged on to jobhero.com it sent me to another area website called myperfectresume. Well, I uploaded my resume and when I went to download it was trying to charge me. I've been paying on this account every month and when I called I spoke with a gentleman who frustrated the heck out of me.
I hung up called back and was blessed to speak with a gentleman by the name of Roy.
Roy was very patient and kind, he explained to me that myperfectresume is purchased my job hero, but Roy was able to pull my old account to help me. Please keep Roy because he is amazing

Really impressed but not perfect
For the most part, very easy to use and I like the upload feature that allows you to upload a résumé or cover letter that you've already been working on.
The one drawback of the software is that when you paste an existing set of words into job hero, sometimes when it makes a suggestion for a grammar or sentence, rewrite it will replace it with fragments of a word instead of whole sentences.
This can be a little bit irritating, considering that there were a couple times. I had to do the process over several times before it finally did what I wanted to do.
