Terrible experience

Terrible experience, i have done 2 easy question, payment method because the website is working bad, and the size of the box because it is important for my girlfriend, they answer me really bad, saying me that if i want to receive information, i need to pay.
This is crazy!, keep attention from them, if the quality of the service is like that , i can image the quality of the wig.
not buy from them, looking for someone else, crazy price, no professional support.
In the end of this they also block me.
All of these because they dont want to ask to the developer of the box.
my girlfriend folllow them from long time, she will be in shock when i will show the chat , unbelievable
