Wonderful cocktail picks... but....

Wonderful cocktail picks, perfect for a martini soiree. I liked them so much I gave them as gifts to clients for Xmas. Being a business expense (in Australia), I naturally required a Tax Invoice. They couldn't provide, and have now taken to completely ignoring my very polite request.

This all started 24th November, when I placed an order of $1,230 (incl GST). A series of false starts/attempts, but no Tax Invoices. Also several previous purchases (>$1,000), again, no tax invoices.

So, a word of absolute caution, enjoy the whimsy, but don't rely upon their customer service or good faith responses. Zero. And don't think they'll give you a Tax invoice, notwithstanding their obligation under the particular GST Act in Australia.

I even tried 'chatting' on their website with whatever Bot they have. Zero response.

Disappointing - really poor form, and very much expected more from such an iconic house.
