Ordered 2 front zip sweaters. Same style, different colors. What I received was of poor quality! The fit was OK, but the quality of the of the material was poor, the knot was so porous that it wuld never keep me warm. They made me pay for a return to China at a cost of $50+ but I am certain that that it was not shipped to me from China given the short amount of time it took to get to me originally. Their return policy is garbage!

I often buy JNY pieces resale. They are always great quality, and they wear great. I've had some pieces for years and they still look great. I've never dealt with the company but I lovethe clothes. One of my favorite branda

I placed my first and last order with Jones New York. The top was sooo big plus there was no finished hem. I can't believe they charge $7 for a handling fee, plus I have to pay for shipping return. Such poor quality.

Bought 2 packages of the Women's no seam briefs from Costco ..They are defective in the leg seams and can not be worn the stores respond was take them back to Costco! Jones New York will only receive items bought under their name Time to cut my ties with this company worst customer service they do not stand behind their over priced products

They charged $89.50 for a blouse when several Dept stores were selling it for approx. $20.00 on sale. I bought one from them and one from a Dept store on sale. I asked them to refund the difference in price and provided my receipt and links( which can change when item is sold out) and they refused to credit me for the difference. And they made me jump through many hoops and were verbally abusive and rude. Shop elsewhere!

I expected the dress on this websitefor this gown so much. The fit was perfect and I did not have a problem with the beads like some other reviewers. The part that made me send it back was that it was far too long. I am 5'4" and it came to the top of my feet. I was hoping it would be tea length. What the hell they are doing! I have to buy another from the website m iley shouse.co m. This dress has luxuriously heavy beading and a glitzy retro look. Might even be used as a wedding dress if you dare! Most important of all, it fits me so perfect. The customized size make it perfect.
