Debbie was so helpful on the phone, going above and beyond to explain my waste options for a new coffee house and wine bar. I'm very glad I chose JM Waste Management - it's been a smooth process right from the start

We needed to find a new business to remove waste from our holiday let and the service that JM Waste has provided has been excellent! I phoned up on a Monday morning and they had delivered the bin by the afternoon - top work JM Waste! Debbie in the Office was very easy to talk to on the phone and I have every confidence going forward that they will deal with any requests or changes to our plan quickly and fairly

Artemis FM made an enquiry and within the same day the very competitive contract was agreed and the bins were delivered.

After being let down many times from various bin companies I reached out to JM for our commercial bins. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they responded, how quickly we received our bins. We have used JM Waste for many years for our commercial waste, hazardous waste and recycling. They have always offered an amazing service with fantastic value for money. Need to hire a skip for a small building project called up the company on 25th November to get a price seemed very nice on the phone and I work near there sorting yard so felt was a good company. Lady on phone said you can have the skip for a long as needed and someone would contact me after 2 weeks to see if I needed for longer and that they contact me to say when it was to be collected. I got home from my lunch on Thursday 8th to find the skip had been collected no one had called me to ask me as I’m halfway through my project and the skip was halfway full. Contacted Jm waste and was told they no longer dealt with skips so to contact another company who was picking up there skips. Called up the company and was basically told it’s not there problem and for me to hire another skip if I needed one. I called back jm waste and felt like they wasn’t bothered either and said there nothing they could do. So I paid out for a skip now being told to pay for another. Very poor service as skip hire is not very cheap.

Use then for a couple of years and was all fine .Until I stared getting invoice for collections that was not done .
I have the waste still in the bin from previous months that they say they collect.
They have sent hand written letter and emails threatening to send there dept recovery serveice.
As a customer I dont think I should pay for a service I did not receive

Professional and reliable best describes JM Skip Hire. They helped with my enquiry for an asbestos skip, explaining all costs involved and provided me with all the relevant paperwork. Quick delivery and pick up a day after i was done with the skip. I would highly recommend them.

Great service and great follow up to ensure license didn’t run out. Would definitely recommend.
