Me and my partner recently purchased our first property using JMS financial services. Funda, Skye and the whole team were amazing from start to finish.

As first time buyers the process can be quite daunting and confusing, but Funda explained everything, from how she would help us to what to expect along the way and the best ways to communicate with the estate agents. She gave us really great advice from start to finish with full transparency along the way.

Funda got us a great mortgage offer and continued to update our mortgage offer as the rates decreased. She was on it all the time. Funda and the team will go above and beyond for their clients!

From start to finish i was kept in the loop and Alfie did an incredible job at getting me the Mortgage approved and at a fair rate given what the current base rate is. I engaged JMS as mortgage brokers for my first time purchase of a flat in London.
Given the mortgage uncertainity and difficulties of 2023 and despite having an appropriate salary no broker managed to get me a mortgage offer with proper budget to buy the property I wanted.
JMS was able to secure me the mortgage for the right budget and a very good interest fee for the current market situation.

The communication from the team is outstanding, constant reassurance and communication of the application process, although one of my mortgage did not go through due to buyer pulling out they did not charge me for my initial application and continued helping me with my next application. Funda, is a problem solver and works hard to ensure that I was happy and help me each way, I would definitely recommend her and this company to my family and friends. In the near future hoping to work with her again.

Absolutely smashed it and helped me achieve the mortgage which I’ve been after for a year!
