Severe lack of any kind of service

UPDATED: They emailed me , said they'd refunded my delivery, as a gesture of goodwill, despite it actually being a legal requirement. Offered me a 15% discount and asked if I'd amend or remove my review....no because nothing changes other than you refunding money I'm legally entitled to. DON'T BUY FROM HERE.
I bought jeans last year. All good. I bought 3 pairs at the start of April. All meant to be petite. None were. One had the 2 in 32" scored out and changed to 30". All of them were 32". Started off with a nice email apologising and sending me a returns label, to send back free. Sent them back last Monday. I have contacted them 4 times and eventually when I said I was going to trading standards, the refund has appeared, minus the return delivery. No phone number to contact them is always a red flag.

Do not deal with companies who don’t respect customers …

Can’t believe they have to review your return request before they will issue returns labels and only give 14 days to return!!! Terrible behaviour especially when they don’t give proper description on website of item. Haven’t they heard of trade descriptions laws! Especially selling on line laws! And to add insult to injury they want the customer to pay for their return of wrong item. I will be reporting this company’s behaviour!
Customer Rights: Consumers have the right to cancel orders up to 14 days after receiving goods, even without a reason.

Smells like a scam company

What a dreadful company! You have to email them to 'request' a return?!! And you only have 14 days in which to make this return. Why can I not just initiate a return like with other companies? The jeans don't fit nor look anything like the photo on your site!! I want to return for a refund. Oh hey plus there is the matter of £4 deduction to return!!!!!!!!

Nothing like the picture

The jeans we bought were delivered very speedily but unfortunately are nothing like the picture of them provided online. They do not taper towards the ankle, which is the style needed, and yet the picture shows that they do. We have been having such difficulty trying to find jeans that fit my daughter that this was a last-ditch attempt to find something - otherwise I wouldn't have ordered because the delivery charge plus charge for returns have now put us in the awkward position of it not really being worth us sending them back for a refund, but they are not jeans she will ever wear.

Poor customer service, more concerned with money than customer experience when their products are faulty.

Unfortunately one of the jumpsuits had a frayed inner edge which pulled the zip off after taking it off and washing it.
When I tried to exchange it for a new one, I was assured that would be fine. Sent it back but then a refund was issued with a ‘just reorder it’ message. However the refund was minus the postage so I’d have been out of pocket £4 to have to reorder it even with their offer of free postage! Basically scammed me to get more money so I’m not ever ordering from them again! Which is a shame!

Returns Process Is Terrible

Returns Process Is Terrible
When trying to return an item
a request is raised and reviewed before even packaging and posting the item back which is unheard of. How can you review something which hasn't been sent out and seen physically? Bearing in mind you only have 14 days to return so whilst I'm waiting for authorisation to return the days are ticking by. This needs to be looked into as it doesn't make logistical sense. Also the return fee to send back is extortionate £4 is ludicrous and having to pay for postage on top of that. Don't bother ordering from here if you’re not 100% on the item the returns process is not fit for purpose.

Too much hassle! Don't bother!

I bought four pairs of jeans two black two blue! 2 black and blue straight leg, one black one blue mom jeans all size 12! It stated that the straight leg were 31 inches long leg and the mum jeans with 30 in!
Received two pairs of mum jeans size 8! Then received two pairs of straight leg jeans one size 12 one size 16! Size 8 28 in leg so it's three inches short! Really needed a pair of jeans so I when ahead and ordered another pair of black mom jeans size 12 they arrived today size 8!
Whoever is has a problem with numbers from the length of the genes to the size of the jeans. If you don't want this kind of problem don't bother buying from here! Trying to get a refund and return and they don't have a procedure so you can go to the post office they want me to go on four buses to a petrol station at least seven or eight miles away from where I live to drop them off! Oh I must pay to post them back myself (nope) without an address! Luckily they will bought through Amazon and Amazon are dealing with them for me! I really do like the jeans how they are cut but it's been too much problems just trying to get a pair! They have only sent me one pair that's the right size but it's the wrong length leg! I do wish they had a pair to fit me because they look like a very nice pair of jeans but I I'm not allowed to get a pair that's the right size or the right length!
