Terrible Packaging resulting in issues.
Ordering the items is fairly straight forward.
My issues started when my order was delivered in a few deliveries. The planters arrived ok with no issues, the bird table was next. It was put in a safe place in my garden when I picked it up everything fell out the box. When my project started to work with it they made me away there were several parts damaged. I had to report this in. At this point I am still waiting on my 2 benches that I had ordered. They had got lost in transport.
A replacement bird table was sent out and the packaging was in excellent condition unlike the 2 benches I had ordered. The delivery driver even came to my door and asked me if I wanted to accept them as the packaging was so bad. I accepted them as I needed them for a project I was working on and then had to do a check of the items. There were several nuts, bolts and screws missing from one and a metal spine from the other one. I emailed again and was sent out an extra packet of nuts, bolts and screws but no metal spine. I had to email again about the spine and then another bench was sent out.
The poor packing of the items was the result of most of the issues I experienced. This poor packaging and items going missing was not just something I experienced I had colleagues who had a similar experience to me. I think I will look around first before ordering from this company again because I need something that is reliable.

Do not order online! If you're unsure try ringing the number on the website. If you don't get a reply (you won't) don't order! I ordered a sun lounger that arrived faulty. It was collected by courier and returned. After a week, I emailed about my refund and was told I would receive a full refund. I continued emailing for a month to ask when I would get my refund and kept being told it had been issued.Only when I said I was going to contact Trading Standards and Action Fraud did I get my refund. Something's definitely not right. I emailed JMart but received emails from KD and Jay and onlineretailers.co.uk. I was also told my refund would come from a company called RaiFashion. Very odd!
