Five stars for experience and service but I just received my Relic Series Paddle Holster
and I was surprised to see that the material that
your using is less than the material used on the other
two I bought for the same gun a few years back, the shell
material and inside leather liner thickness are thinner and the paddle is no where near the same, I can literally
bend it 90 degrees, totally different holster from the other two, it’s flimsy the other two are solid holsters a shocking difference.To be honest I’m totally disappointed and
did not think y’all would lower your standards like that and for that reason I won’t be buying another one. But I do want
y’all to know I’ve had great service with you guys and y’all run a great business.

I have purchased 3 magnetic holsters a 1 large magazine holster, also magnetic. The variations of how and where to wear them seems to be unlimited. Customer service and quality of products is unmatched. We all want next day delivery but realistically it is above average for being timely.

I had a question this time, and called in. The team was knowledgeable about my situation and guided me to the right size holster for my application!

The holsters are the very best quality and performance I've seen. I can wear my ISWB with no problem and totally not detectable when wearing a shirt and or jacket.

I love the holster. Only complaint is how long it to be shipped to me.

I paid $19.99 for FedEx Express shipping because FedEx provided a guaranteed delivery date. The package arrived six days late. JM4 Tactical refused to refund the shipping fee, even though FedEx missed the commitment and even though FedEx allows shippers to request a refund for late deliveries.

Their customer service completely sidestepped the issue and tried to use their internal processing-time FAQ to justify not refunding a FedEx Express charge. That has nothing to do with the fact that the paid shipping service failed.

If you’re thinking about paying extra for FedEx Express, don’t. JM4 Tactical will charge you for a premium service but won’t take responsibility when that service fails.

JM4 Tactical is amazing! Orders are processed quickly and shipping is quick and efficient. I've never had an error on an order or had to check on an order. First class all the way!

I was skeptical about this holster but thought I would give it a try. I wore it out to breakfast with my son and it was so comfortable I forgot I was wearing it. I am a bigger guy so it's hard to find a comfortable holster. I will be buying a few more for my other carry guns.

So far this holster is very comfortable, but I haven't broken it in completely yet, so I can guess it will be better!

The only thing I would ask is that there be a little more communication from order day to delivery day.

Quality products from quality people

Leather holster has a very strong magnetic connection that helps to keep my pistol securely in place and concealed when wearing gym sweats. Exactly what I was looking for!

I ordered the product that I wanted and it was delivered within a reasonable amount of time. This is my second JM4 holster, and I love it.

Second order, just a good as first.

Product is of good quality and is comfortable. The only thing that does bother me about the quick click magnetic holster is finding the right placement on the body for it to be both comfortable and well concealed. For me I was originally going to use it as a rear holster on the small of my back but when I place the holder there while sure its not too bothersome it also leave a nice tail/poke from your butt, the side holster is also nice however on a skinnier person it definitely is a tad noticeable. So far the only place I've found it comfortable and well concealed is right in the front... acting as a "cup" for my boys to hang around which isn't terrible its comfortable and well hidden but I thought it would have a more versatile aray of carry style. All in all im happy with the product its very secure and does its job as intended.
