Look, I don't typically do reviews often, but I have to let yall know that this place is absolutely amazing. Like in all seriousness. Shipping packaging and the care and love this company puts into each package and the artwork they use for their containers etc... I am in love. Well It's still no progress with JK giving me back my refund for my late package. Now it's a bunch of run arounds. One minute it's the carrier that needs to give the money back and now that I have done my part and reach out to the carrier to address this situation now JK is telling me how they aren't responsible for late packages. I haven't gotten my money back and my package was delivered late to me since January 20th and I ordered it January 14th. I was told a refund was sent back to me but when I ask how was it sent back if it was sent back to me in a check because no account information was asked and of course no answer or no response. It's completely okay honestly because I got time and as long as JK still has my $42.12 for Next Day Air and my package wasn't delivered the next day then I will continue saying something until these reviews reach the right eyes. This company is so unprofessional and trust me my money hasn't been spent back since then and it never will.

For the representatives that keeps responding back to my reviews with complete nonsense why don't you actually get on the computer and send me back my refund because nothing was sent to me. To the last response I have sent back all the information that was asked of me to send. Check y'all emails. Don't y'all communicate within each other so you shouldn't have to ask me if I sent the email because I did and nothing was sent to me .

This is a follow up to my post from 2/1/26. As I had gotten a little but disinformation and rudeness from the chat rep today I tried to call. They rarely if ever pick up the phone and their voice mailbox is full. It’s difficult to imagine a clearer indication that they couldn’t care less about customer service than to not check the mailbox on their customer service line. Finally, after an hour and a half I got a rep on the phone. It turned out to be the same one I chatted with who had sent me incorrect information about filing a claim with Route, their insurance company. She was somewhat aggressive from the outset turning to down right rude and then disconnecting the call. My package is now 17 days out from order date, and five days out from the expected arrival date originally sent me, with no further information about when to expect it. They take no responsibility for sending incorrect information about the claim process and in fact today sent the same misinformation again. It’s hard to believe but this company’s customer service is worse than any experience I’ve ever had with a cable company or a phone company. It seems like they sit around testing their product while brainstorming ways to be rude to customers and not provide customer service.

I know for a fact they don't rip you off! Some shipments can be delayed regardless remember to check your delivery options

I was a client of LITfarms.com I was more than thrilled when every single once I ordered can in there own individual boxes with vacuum sealed bags the presentation was beyond anything iv ever gotten at any other dispensary in my life.

As far as the quality i ordered Grandflora premium box ounce the flavor was sweat and potent I took 4 hits of my blunt and put it down.

Doc 15 was the other strain and OMG WOW WTF JUST HIT ME YOOOOOOOO one hitter all day DAMN!!!!!!!

This place has legit replaced all dispos and online thca dispos. I've placed about 4 orders all shipped & arrived within 3 days to NY at that. Except this last one arrived on the expected date bc of the storm. The quality of the products I've had so far is beyond impressive, I leave a review every order bc I'm never disappointed. I tell everyone about it & already convinced 2 people to try it out! I'm also very impressed with the prices. You can buy 7g flower for $10-20 I mean can you get better than than anywhere else ?

. Try a different distributor and save yourself the disappointment and disrespect. They are cool until they’re not . I’m having an issue with them and they’re very unhelpful and disrespectful about it . I orders on the 21st but I took them so dam long to fill and mail out and then it sat at the drop station 2 days and here it is 8 days later and still talking another 3days for delivery and they act like they didn’t cause the massive delay and claim 1-3 days . Yeah sure I’m a repeat customer it took it’s never taken this long it took you 4 days actually and then another 2 days sitting and then the weird email about shipping changes and then no reply while it sat and sat . Final start inquiring and they are rude and act like I’m the moron . No thanks . I’ll take my unimportant bi-weekly order elsewhere since I can’t get no good service and treated like 12-14 days wait for bag of Chinese delta 8 is perfectly normal . My own fault even falling for it I guess

I've had a severe pain disorder for years and it requires me to take a lot of prescriptions to function. I supplement my prescriptions with these products and this is the only company I have used for 2 years. They have high quality products, great pricing, and process orders quickly (barring holidays and even around Christmas, my order was processed much faster than I expected- this is usually the case and I live on the opposite coast). Also- great little freebies and fantastic customer service.

The best product service and customer care medicine for the masses

The experience is great because I got a good deal on the smalls and chose the Gushers strain and while I wish it was fresher, it's still pressure it's great for unwinding after a long day of work, not only was I able to get that but 2 gram samples one being the hash burger (which in my opinion was a really potent strain for a freebie) and Lemon Cherry Gelato flavor was very lemony and it was more on the Sativa side of things, I also got Chemlato (which doesn't look the best, but it smokes wonderful im talking decent effects) and Strawberry Mimosa im letting this one cure a bit more kinda had a Haylike scent before jarring and now after only 24 hours you can smell the Strawberry Terps really good I am probably gonna let it sit a week and then try it I got the smalls in a Jar bringing some more life into it as well, overall quick shipping with MLK day being the only delay other than that I'm very pleased and will order again im glad to get to experience a good vendor with amazing prices
