I spent over $300 on an order (number 481738) at the beginning of September 2025, and still to this day haven’t received it. I’ve contacted JK via email on 14 February, 24 February, and 15 March - literally begging them for help and support and all they’re doing is ignoring me. I have email acknowledgements to prove they’ve been delivered and saying someone “will get back to you within 1-2 business days” but of course they haven’t.

I’ve waited so long that the tracking has now completely disappeared, and whenever I contact the shipping company all they do is refer me to JK.

This is absolutely madness. I can’t afford to lose over $300, and have waited over 7 months for this order and a response from JK, and it’s now left me with no choice but to leave this review.

You have my order number, you have all my emails, please do the decent thing and reply and help me.

Very great company and Shanice gave great customer service and was very nice and polite.

Always great products and prices. Really unbelievable! Qp Shake for under $70 total! And it's still 100x better than the brown brick packed Mexican bud I used to get in the early 2000s for $50 a Oz.

There’s a certain standard you expect when you’re spending your money, and this didn’t meet it—on any level. Between the lack of quality and what I’ve come to understand about the company’s operations, it’s simply not worth the support.

I’m a former employee of JK Distro, and my experience working here was honestly disappointing and draining. I put in countless hours—many of which I was never properly paid for— I was consistently underpaid, overworked, and spoken to in ways that were completely unprofessional and disrespectful.Based on how employees are treated behind the scenes, I would not feel comfortable supporting or purchasing from this company.

I had issues with multiple accounts billing address issues and card issues and customer support always got it resolved and delivered quality products. Anywhere else I would have been screwed a few times. These guys are professionals.

I love me some Jk Distro. Excellent product and customer service. AH was extremely helpful when there was an issue with my order. I really appreciate having the ability to message with a live rep thru their system online instead of calling.

First time buying I have lost like 3 hrs trying order here, I have tried all the payment methods they offer and none of them work. In my opinion this is a piece of garbage site. Full fake and lie. I don’t understand why so much hype and good reviews, I talked to costumer support and they did not even help me. Bunch of sokerzzz!!

I’ve ordered from them three times. Each time I always either have issues with shipping or processing my orders despite having put in the right card info. Their prices and their products are AMAZING but it kills the experience when none of their customer service lines answer the phone, the live chat agents take forever to reply and don’t even help as much. This was the last and final straw when I tried to place a $200 order with next day air shipping and kept getting declined despite my bank approving the transaction and then I was put under a 24 hour hold despite it being a mistake on THEIR side, I don’t have time to wait another 24 hours either.
