Amazing from Start to Finish! Highly recommended professionals!
I was put in touch with these guys to do my underfloor heating, as all other methods, i.e. Clippling pipes to existing floor and then concreting/screeding it OR placing wunda boards down and running pipes, of which both methods would have increased my floor by approx. 40mm, this would have impacted all my downstairs doorways. Hence why I opted with these guys. Any technical and non-technical questions I had were answered promptly, professionally and in a friendly manner.
Massive shout out to Courtney Belcher, always a friendly and insightful person who helped me greatly with my technical and non-technical questions, so thank you!
On the day of the job, 2 young chaps, came in chased/milled the floor as per the drawings provided by their technical team to a high standard.
Mess was cleared up every step of the way.

James put my mind at rest…
After a tricky start with the monstrous Ts and Cs and an extra cost to analyse areas of my floor the man came to do the work.
James was there on time and immediately began to put my mind at rest as he briefed me on what he was going to do. He was polite and informative and worked quickly and efficiently during the process. He left the job with a smile and a cheery goodbye. Well done James.

Josh & James were brilliant
Josh & James were brilliant! The JK Flooring technology was surprisingly dust free, and quickly delivered a modern, close-to-surface (efficient) underfloor heating. The team were polite, nothing was too much trouble, and they walked us through operation and took questions until we were both informed AND confident. Cannot fault them; brilliant!

We have used JK Floor heating on several projects.
including my own house. Considering your cutting screed never any mess effortless install time. We Would recommend there underfloor heating against a conventional underfloor heating system its 40% more efficient.

Phase 1 compete - flawless so far!!
Had Josh and James with us for a couple of days laying around 80m2 of UFH. Been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. My interim review
This is something of an interim review since we are ⅔ of the way into the installation. It seems appropriate to post it now as it may assist others in making a decision to use JK...
Basically, the team have been nothing but exceptional in their work and communications to get my system installed. From my first meeting with them at the Home Building and Renovation Show in 2023, I have felt entirely valued as a customer and dealt with in a patient and professional manner.
Laura, in the office, has provided the reassuring and knowledgeable support I have needed as I journey through quite an extensive renovation. I have valued this tremendously.
Dan has worked to fulfil my ever changing timetable and logistically challenging requests.
Josh and James have been the politest, most efficient installation crew I could have wished for. Conditions have been a little tricky on site but their professionalism throughout has been impressive. Tidy, focused and coordinated, they have completed each phase in good time and with a smile!
Phase 3 will be in a couple of weeks after which I look forward to the "switch on". A further review will follow after this.

The two installers, Josh & James, arrived promptly and fitted the under floor heating very speedily and efficently; all finished within four hours! They were both very friendly and helpfull, and did a great job; highly recommended!
