I bought a prom dress from JJSprom a few moths ago. Honestly, I didn’t expect too much because the price was really affordable compared to many other stores. But the dress actually turned out better than I thought.
The fabric and details were not perfect, but definitely acceptable for the price range. I did end up taking it to a local tailor and spent about $30 to adjust the fit a bit, and after that it looked really nice.
JJ's Prom. What an awful experience!! We paid $140 for a homecoming dress and paid extra to ship it fast. When we received the dress, it was NOT as shown. It was made from a completely different material, finish and color. It also had loose seams. Photos available.
The same day, we emailed the company to complain and ask for a refund. They will only refund if I pay shipping back to China for their crummy dress. I told them I need a shipping return label. They refuse. They offered a 50% refund. I'm not I terested in that. They falsely advertised a dress that they didn't deliver and they want us to pay, again, for shipping?? I think not.
