I ordered the watch and it was due for delivery, but it hadn’t been dispatched. I emailed and received a very quick response from Jason. He explained that there had been a delay due to illness and he had thought everyone had been contacted, but unfortunately I had slipped through the net, I totally understand that these things happen.

He responded promptly and even included a little gift as a gesture of goodwill, which was far more than necessary, especially as the watch arrived only a couple of days later than originally expected. I really couldn’t fault the service. The website was easy to use and, even with the slight delay, the watch arrived very quickly.

I bought the watch for my husband and he absolutely loves it very sleek and comfortable.
