I had a problem and received consistant, accurate and helpful responses which solved my problem which was basically self inflicted due to my lack of technical knowledge. My series of emails answered almost iinstantly by Michael Keeling who had infinite patience with me. I have contacted him before with the same helpful, useful and patient responses. Just wish that all help facilities were as good as Jiosoft.
By the way the Money Manager program is great!!

I still look forward to seeing an update to this software. Co-incidentaly, after emails, an upgrade to V1.4.7.0 appeared.

After happily using Quicken for over 20 years I have found problems lately using on Windows 11 & felt I finally needed to change to a currently supported software package before I lose all my history. I chose Jiosoft as it said data could easily be exported from Quicken. With trepidation I exported each of my accounts one by one (approaching 100). I was happily surprised all transferred over without issues. I am now using Jiosoft for data input & find it to be very simple to use & can manage my finances as I could with Quicken. If there is a weakness, its the reporting, especially for investments (tracking of share portfolios). Only basic report configuration can be done & I echo the comments made by MM's review dated 5th Feb 2024. However, if this is not a priority for you, Jiosoft is an excellent product. I have contacted their customer support via their online enquiry form a couple of times & had very quick responses which cannot be said for many software businesses. Overall, its a great simple to use accounting software package & happy to give 5 stars.

I bought the accountancy software a number of years ago and it is brilliant. My PC crashed and the software needed to be reloaded, however I had lost the product key. Jiosoft could not have been more helpful. Their customer service is excellent. Well done JioSoft.

I have used Microsoft Money for years until I was unable to install any version on a new computer. Having searched the web for something similar, I settled on the Money Manager program from Jiosoft and I am delighted with my choice. In look and feel, this could be a Microsoft Money clone. All the expected tools and actions are in place. I had no need of the help file as everything is so intuitive and my budget planner was up and running in a few minutes. I thoroughly recommend this software as a replacement/upgrade for any money management program.

Having about 15 years of records on MS Money and been very happy with it, I was obliged to switch to Jiosoft when MS Money was no longer supported. Initially I had a few difficulties and thought there were things I could do before but couldn’t do with Jiosoft. However, reaching out to their Customer Support, not only were they incredibly responsive, but they were very patient indeed in sorting out all and every issue I had. The software is ridiculously good value for money - and the exemplary customer support comes for nothing. Hats off to you and very many thanks.

Brilliant package with the added bonus of a one off payment. Found the transfer of information from money to the new package very easy. I didn’t know how to set up individual accounts so I messaged and I got a response within 10 minutes, fantastic especially as it was a Saturday. Michael gave me the answer and I completed my task very easily. Would definitely recommend J10Soft to anyone who needs a good simple system with exceptional customer service.

I have been running this software for almost 2 years now and it has been faultless, very simple to use and an excellent replacement to the outdated software I used to have. I had a fault on my PC and JioSoft stopped loading (it was a PC fault, not a Jiosoft one). I messaged Jiosoft at 11.40pm on a Sunday evening and received a reply them them at 7.50am the next morning with a suggested solution. The solution worked. So a great free back up service as well as great software.

A brilliant programme for money management, beats its predecessor Microsoft Money into a cocked hat. The support is second to none, an email response the next day that allowed me to move it to my new pc as part of the original purchase. I can most highly recommend this money management programme

My 92 year old father, an accountant by trade, has enjoyed using Money Manager software to keep all his finances in order since 2016. I recently had to move him across to a new laptop and the only software he really wanted on it was Money Manager! Unfortunately, he had no record of his original purchase and product registration key so I thought we might have to repurchase the software, but before doing so, I thought I'd give Customer Services a try.
I sent a request for help at 16:56 and received an email reply back from Michael at 17:00! Unfortunately, he couldn't find a purchase record for either of the 2 email addresses I had supplied. At 17:17 I provided him with another old email address that my father had forgotten about, and at 17:33 I had another response from Michael saying he had located the purchase record. He supplied me with the original product key and everything I needed to download the latest version of the software and move my father's accounts onto the new laptop.
Less than an hour after contacting Customer Services, Dad was up and running again so thank you, Michael!
My Dad loves the software and I love the customer service, so we're both happy!

I've been using JioSoft Money Manager for years after trying a few others as a replacement for Quicken, which is no longer supported in the UK. It does everything I need (and more) to keep track of my finances. The customer support is excellent. I needed advice on transferring to another laptop and got a response very quickly (the same day).

I have used jiosoft for 5 years and find it invaluable in managing my money planning. Recently I had a new hard drive on my computer and needed to reinstall my account but I was unable to trace my email with my code. I emailed jiosoft and received a reply in less than 30 mins. Not bad on a Friday afternoon! I would highly recommend Jiosoft as an alternative to MS money and much cheaper.

Finally chose this about 18 months ago after looking what I could use to replace MS Money Manager. I have not been dissapointed and import from MS Money was straightforward. Does everything I want it to do. Recently had to contact their Customer Service to ask how to recover and restore when my PC developed the Blue Screen of Death! They couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. Definately recommended.

I previously gave Jiosoft Money Manager a 5 star review having switched from an old version of Microsoft Money. Pleased to say that, after nearly 18 months, I have no reason to change my mind about Jiosoft. I recently received an offer to purchase a backup stick but sadly the link didn't seem to work. A quick email to Jiosoft and Michael responded with a solution and workable link within hours. Never mind the fact that Jiosoft Money Manager fits my need perfectly but their customer service is probably the best I have ever come across. Keep up the good work.
