Avoid this company like the plague. I purchased two remote control duplicators that came with a 30-day money-back guarantee with "No Questions Asked". Discovered that they did not work and I asked to return them for a refund.
They started asking questions wanting photos and videos of the product and asking why they did not work and generally being very obstructive and difficult. Videos are too big to send by email anyway.
I will not be buying anything ever again from this company and I advise others to do the same, you have been warned.
