Our main focus is delivering a great service, along with a huge variety of fresh, frozen and ambient goodies. We have a store in Gland (VD) and our jims.ch webshop delivers all across CH. The 'B' (rexit) word has been banned, however these challenging times have created connections and partnerships with new suppliers, opened up new routes we would not have considered and enabled us to bring a wider variety of products than ever before. But the thing we value most is our customers, and we pride ourselves in making sure that everyone who walks through our door in Gland, or orders from jims.ch, leaves happy in the knowledge we did everything we could to make their experience with us a great one.

Buy at Jim's!
I was very impressed by the efficiency and organisation at Jim's British Market, especially as I made an order at very short notice.
Communication and clarification were excellent, the goods beautifully packed and promptly delivered by post at the allotted time.
All in all, absolutely no complications and no stress - I won't hesitate to use their service in the future.

I appreciate how quickly my order arrived. I don't love that once again I received products that expire within the month. It seems to happen every time I make an order, 1-2 items come with extremely short expiration dates. Otherwise, happy with the rest.
