Crooks. Bunch of lying, scam, rat bag hucksters. Item ordered in august. November- December arrived and upon investigating, the website changed. Also no number, no company name, no contact information. Upon contacting PayPal, they’ve got many sanctions and cases against then.
Do not use these robbing, thieving slimes.

Ordered an item from their store. Paid expedited shipping, 2 months later still no package. On the website it still states awaiting shipping.

When challenged they said it had been delivered and I had to contact my neighbours, post office etc to find it. Dig deeper into story and they had given me a different persons tracking information and now ignoring me.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE!!!

Poor service- actually NO customer service. Repeated emails regarding an exchange went ignored.
So many amazing retailers out there.. this is not one. Poor poor made in China clothing worth a third of their ‘reduced 40% off sale’

This company does not allow returns for wrong sizes. I wasted quite a bit of money on 4 shirts that do not fit and they are not able to return or exchange. I checked the size guides and ordered my regular size and still no luck. a 5th shirt I ordered did fit and I am keeping that one - otherwise this would have been a 1 star review.

You can also only contact them by generic email, they have no customer service number or ability to speak to anyone. Actually they have very little information about their company at all (where it is, where their products come from, etc.) which in retrospect is a red flag.

The quality of these shirts is also very poor. If you are purchasing anything from here I would not purchase anything that is polyester, it is that shiny plastic feeling material. It does not feel nice at all. The shirt I am keeping is more of a linen/cotton blend so people may have more luck with items in this type of material.

I wish I would have seen the reviews here before I brought my dress...nothing like the pictures,will not except returns,poor quality...nightmare ...steer clear.

AVOID AND DO NOT BUY - I’m not sure why they have 2.3 overall when everyone here has given them a 1 star review. The clothing is ripped off versions of designs, made with poor quality and unbreathable material. The worst of it is that they will (illegally refuse) to refund the customers. Concerns raised on their social platform were immediately deleted and account blocked, this is the company with the worst practices I have experienced.

Do Not Buy! I repeat Do Not Buy! I made the mistake of purchasing two dresses from their site, it took 4 weeks to deliver. After all that wait to realize that the dresses run small. I ordered a large in both dresses. I usually wear a size 10 and the large in their size is more of a size 6. When I contacted customer service to return the dresses I was told that they only accept returns for defective items and not for wrong issues. Additionally I sent them a picture that one of the dresses had a partial detached zipper and customer service never acknowledged my email. After numerous exchanges I've decided to return the dresses and pay for return shipping out of pocket. I will never again fall into the trap of buying from an add on social media. Can't trust the company, quality and craftsmanship of the product.

I placed an order 2 months ago and haven't received it and was lied to about expedited shipping. Last month I used the tracking on their site which indicated my order hadn't been shipped. I contacted Jill Cat and before I gave my item number, I was told the package was in route. When I confronted them about the tracking info, they replied my order wasn't ready and thanks for being patient. They refused a full refund blaming me for trying to cancel, and last week claimed they finally mailed the order although I had asked for a refund. Jill Cat blocked me on IG for speaking up about the scam.

The fabrication might read "cotton blend" on the site, but expect a polyester version in the mail. The price seems too good to be true, right? It is..

Because it wasn't as advertised, I asked for a refund. They refused unless I paid for shipping back to China. They bargained with me for a partial refund, which I accepted to recoup some of the loss, but they didn't honour it.

So so so bad! Terrible quality clothing and they won’t return or refund! Don’t shop here!

Jillcat clothing is made from very low quality material and their clothes do not arrive exactly as pictured on their website. Jillcat's exchanges and returns policy is basically non-existent. This is the first business I have ever bought a garment from that do not allow exchanges when a customer is unhappy with the fit and aesthetic of a garment. Crap clothes made by a poorly-run business.
