Excellent service if ever I win the lottery and move again these are the guys for me, fast, friendly and efficient.
Helped take the stress out of moving home and can’t recommend them enough.
Not often I write reviews but these guys were on the money.

Great professional service.
Craig listened and communicated throughout the process and took away so much stress, the move was was something we were worried most about and they provide peace of mind at a great price, would definitely recommend to anyone moving home

If I could put a 10 star I would, moving is one of the top stressful things in your life however I would say before Craig and his team turned up it was my MOST stressful experience!
Craig took control from the word go and from start too finish and believe me there were many obstacles it was completed in such a professional and respectful manner

Only needed a small amount of large items removing with relatively short notice this was no problem to Craig and was carried out in a most efficient and friendly manner. Highly recommended.

Craig was great at helping me to downsize. He gave a quote and there was no pressure. I called later to confirm. He dropped off boxes as I struggled to find any. On the day Craig and his team were respectful and put items where I asked them to go..it was amazing how efficient and quick they all worked.. they took away all.the stress of the move and would highly recommend them matter how big or small they move is. I first contacted Craig at Jigsaw in June 2023 as I had found a property I wanted to move to and was getting removal quotes from different companies. Immediately I felt that his firm would be one I could use as he was calm, reassuring and positive about what it would take and what could be done- basically they would do everything and could relax as much as possible on a very stressful day. Other companies didn’t give me that good impression and Craig was the only one to follow up on the quote. Another feather in his cap!
Unfortunately that house fell through but I’m happy to say that I’ve just moved house on November 22nd and I had no hesitation in going with Craig and his crew. Craig, James and Stewart were superb. They arrived prompt at 8.30 am and in three hours they had packed up the contents of my house, shed and garage onto two vans. The unpacking of the vans went just as well as the loading and I was in my new house by 4pm stress free and very, very pleased with the service I got from Craig and the boys.
I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Use them, you won’t be disappointed!

From first speaking to Craig he put me a ease his reassuring touch was just what i needed I hadn't moved in over 40yrs, on moving day Craig and the lads was there on time and nothing was to much trouble they loaded us up and then went off until we had the green light to say everything was ready and we could move, I rang him and he was already waiting at the property and they unloaded putting everything where we wanted it, they were worth every penny of the reasonable price they charged. We cannot thank them enough.

We got messed about a bit with our moving date , it got changed twice but this did not phase Craig at all he stuck with us ,
When our date was finally confirmed Jigsaw removals was fully booked but Craig had a think and a reshuffle of his team and was able to fit us in.
On moving day Craig and Stuart where very professional ,calm and very efficient, we didn't have to lift a finger.
They took the stress out of what should have been a very stressful day.
They where very approachable and fantastic sense of humour,
Would highly recommend this company with confidence to anybody.

Right from first contact with Craig we were made to feel important and individual to him. The move was discussed and agreed subject to dates. The moving date changed 2/3 times but this did not phase Craig, always cheerful no matter what.
Garden goods were moved 2 days early to help time scale.
Moving day was like clockwork with Craig and the team working methodically through packing and loading.
Offloading at new property went well. Several boxes could not be emptied on day, and these were subsequently emptied and collected later.
All in all Jigsaw offered and provided a great experience on what can be a fraught day.

Thanks to Craig and the team, our move was as stress free as it could be.
It was certainly a challenge, moving from a property with loads of space to a 17C cottage with low beams. Absolute professional team and no complaints.

The team really understands the stresses of the day and When the team arrived amazing, nothing too much and nice chatty guys. So respectful of our items and home. Their attention to detail from packing all our smaller personal belongings with such due care and attention, to disassembling big heavy furniture such as beds, wardrobes , TVs and reassembling them all back in situ in our new home.
They made what is supposed to be a stressful situation of moving a very stress free day.

Excellent service from start to finish. The moment I met Craig when he came to give us a quote I knew that is was going to be fine. He and the team were fast, efficient and very professional from start to finish. They even took the care to organise things so we could easily unpack. I never intended to move again but would highly recommend this company to anyone I know. I asked for local recommendations when searching for removal companies and 98% recommended Jigsaw and now I know why

Can't recommend Craig and his team enough. They were fantastic throughout! They collected all our things from storage for us and brought them to Devon. Really efficient on the day, and really patient with us when they were unloading and we were trying to sort things. They even kept a few bits that couldn't fit in for us until we could sort. Really excellent service, great communication. Would recommend to anyone!
