Austin Parmer location: exemplary!!
I can only comment on the location I go to in Austin on Parmer/Mo-Pac but they are absolutely amazing. Kind and cheerful and helpful and honest and always going the extra mile.

The mechanic at jiffy lube on South beritania Street is excellent! I think he really deserves a raise. He is so good at his job and customer service.
I visited the Jiffy Lube in East Longmeadow, MA
I visited the Jiffy Lube location in East Longmeadow, MA and was very pleased with the great customer service I received today from Hector V.! The service was thorough and friendly - I could tell he was being honest with me and not trying to “sell me” extras I didn’t need! I’m a 84 year old veteran on a senior citizen fixed income so it’s always nice to be treated well and with respect. I also greatly appreciated the 50% off coupon that my son found for me on his phone for my conventional oil change. I am very pleased with today’s service and hope for the same when I return in the future. Thanks again, Hector V.!
Jiffy Lube in 14th street NE Calgary
Jiffy Lube in 14th street NE Calgary. Went in for a winter tire swap, off rim. Took 2 hrs, kid doing it was lost. Avoid this place.
Went in for a basic oil change
Went in for a basic oil change. The guy tried to sell me a high mileage change. I said no thanks. Since I have been driving for over 30 years and always used conventional and never had a problem. He said we do not stock conventional oil. I said there are other places in town. He said I will give you a 25.00 gift certificate to amazon. I do not shop amazon and left. I wanted the 49.99 oil change and he wanted to sell me the 119.00 and lied. They lost my business forever.
Manager was extremely unprofessional…
Manager was extremely unprofessional and tried to scam me into getting breaks done by not passing my 2022 truck that little did he know just had breaks replaced 2 months ago. Bunch of scammers with horrible service.
Jiffy Lube still sucks.
I've been going to this crap hole for far to long it seems. First in line for a simple state inspection, somehow last to leave. I asked why it's taking so long and they told me new rules... As a former automotive technician and state inspector, I can tell you that was a falt out lie. I thought I learned my lesson long ago and stoped getting oil changes there, guess I will have to stop state inspections too. I would avoid this company and it's stores at all costs! you've been warned.
JIFFY LUBE’S SYSTEM CAUSED THOUSANDS IN…
JIFFY LUBE’S SYSTEM CAUSED THOUSANDS IN DAMAGE – AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Jiffy Lube’s flawed system lists an incorrect oil filter as “compatible” with my vehicle, and their refusal to take responsibility has cost me over $4,600 in repairs.
THE PROBLEM:
Their system wrongly lists an oil filter that is NOT compatible with the 2011 Ram 1500 5.7L Hemi, OF2222-MO10060. The correct filter is Mopar MO-899 or one similar in size and function. This incorrect filter was more than half the size of the OEM filter (see photos) and they used it in multiple oil changes, leading to severe oil pressure issues and catastrophic engine damage. The technicians followed their system, but the real failure lies with Jiffy Lube and their inaccurate parts database.
HOW JIFFY LUBE HANDLED IT:
Refused to acknowledge their mistake, even when I provided proof from a certified mechanic who confirmed the incorrect filter caused my engine issues (damaged lifters, camshaft, oil pressure switch, starter and 100% blocked oil screen from blown filter paper remnants requiring five oil flushes to clear). Ignored clear evidence proving the damage was caused by their system’s error. Denied my claim completely, leaving me with thousands in repair bills due to THEIR negligence.
DO NOT TRUST JIFFY LUBE!
If they can't even get something as basic as an oil filter right, why would you trust them with your vehicle? Their refusal to take accountability proves that they don’t care about their customers—only profits.
SPREAD THE WORD!
I’m warning everyone: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I’ll be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, and consumer protection agencies until Jiffy Lube is held accountable for their reckless negligence.
I went in for a simple oil change-disaster
I went in for a simple oil change. They lost the brake fluid cap. They claimed I lost it prior to my driving the vehicle in and wanted me to purchase another through them at their profit. If I’d have been driving around with no brake fluid cap, there’d have been a mess of brake fluid around the reservoir, but there read the reviews and save yourself the grief. Drive down the street and go elsewhere unless you want parts of your car missing or drain plugs over torqued. They respond to reviews with “email jiffylub….blah blah blah…fake email address that bounces back. Bunch of incompetents.
I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience at Jiffy Lube. One of their untrained employees broke my car's tire nozzle while inflating the tire.
I was watching from inside as the manager told him not to do it that way, which shows the lack of knowledge and training among their staff.
After the incident, they installed my spare tire and asked me to fix the nozzle and come back for reimbursement. This process wasted my time, and I had to use another car for two days.
Once I fixed the tire, I returned to the manager, who took a picture of the receipt and assured me that I would receive the money in two weeks.
However, it has now been two months, and I have followed up with them twice without receiving any response. I recommend that everyone avoid this Jiffy Lube East Bidwell Street Folsom location; this is how they treat their regular customers.
I brought my Truck in for a oil Change
I brought my Truck in for a oil Change from Jiffy Lube, when I went to pay for it they wouldn't except the coupon discount totally. It was for $34.99 and they gave me only $30.00.
This store is on Juan Tabo Ave, Albuquerque, NM. They tried to say the coupon had a correction in it, so it was no longer valid. BS! I've been going into that location with coupons for 25 years, never has this happen.
GREAT SERVICE
North prospect ave, Jiffy lube of Champaign ! staff , Alan, Sweet, Dakota, Ricky b and Kareem are a great team ! I highly recommend others to come check them out ! the store is also very clean and taken care of ! Well worth the wait most oil changes are under 10 min !
Do not take your vehicle there!!!
Do not take your vehicle there!!!! I had an oil change done a few weeks ago and he didn't tighten the filter properly. This caused oil to leak everywhere, my car wasn't working, I had to rent a car and bring mine to the garage to get another oil change. They refused to pay back the oil change they had done, I had to pay for a new one ( at a different place), spend money to rent a car, and they refused to pay for the damage and the extra money I had to pay! Don't go there!!!!
Be Careful of Sneaky Add-Ons
Went to get an oil change. Everything was fine (of course, got the usual upcharge service pitches about the dire condition of my car) but what really irked me was the final bill when I learned that I was charged $6.99 for the extra 2 oz. of oil beyond the allowed 5 quarts in the already high $49.99 service as well as an unadvertised $6.99 "shop supply/waste disposal fee." That was an unanticipated extra $14 charge or more than 25%! They've lost me as a customer. I'll be going elsewhere next time.
Jiffy Lube Okotoks
Jiffy Lube Okotoks. Do not take your vehicle here. They did tighten my drain plug and now the bottom of my car and garage floor are covered in oil. 6 litres leaked in two weeks. Owner will not claim any responsibility. When I tried to talk about a resolution he told me to leave the garage and wouldn't discuss. What a piece of work! Terrible follow up customer service. Just lost the busines of my five family vehicles.
Jiffy Lube in Royal Palm Beach, Fl
Visited the Jiffy Lube located near me for an oil change today and while I always appreciate the swift service, I was disappointed In the mishaps. I requested the JL signature oil change with full synthetic and I shared my tires we low, if they could check the tire pressure. Finished up, drove away and my car was still sending pop up notification for low tire pressure. I checked the JL website to confirm what services are offered with the signature oil change and checking tire pressure is def listed. This made me wonder what other services were not provided. They didn’t vacuum the inside of my vehicle or clean my windows. My receipt says “tire pressure complete” however they certainly didn’t check this. I drove back and asked them to put air in my tires. I will no longer be using this location in Royal Palm Beach as I don’t trust their work. My CSA: Daniel M. and UPPER BAY: Jacob R. LOWER BAY: Georges V.
Christiansburg Jiffy Lube
Been to the Christiansburg facility twice. The staff are nice & friendly. Short time waiting. Good experience all around.
Went to get rear brakes and rotors…
Went to get rear brakes and rotors replaced. I was there 2 hours they couldn’t get lug nuts off didn’t have proper tool. They requested the one lug nut be your hex off and replaced. I said go ahead but the manager was very cocky he said I’m the manager I manage this place we’re putting your tires on and go to another place. Now I been going there for years for oil change service. I said this is how you treat a customer and he was waving his arms in air very very very unprofessional should not be a manager. I went to another place and they got lug nut off manually without a power drill and socket lol. I said to the manager at Hiffy lube spray the lug nut with WD40 and wait he said that wouldn’t work but one of the mechanics listened and sprayed lug nut. The WD40 worked. I went to Auto zone in Fairless hills to purchase new lug nuts. And they said I quote “ If they can’t remove a lug nut you don’t want them doing your brakes”. Bad Management ruins a business replace the manager and fix the problem. I wish I recorded how he was acting like it was a street fight argument throwing flags with his arm and talking obnoxious. I asked the guy at cash register where do you send a customer to get a lug nut removed he replied a Rock Quarry lol idk smh.
Dissapointed
caused damage and did not pay for the repairs or parts. I went for a oil change came out with a engine service light on. They ripped the air cleaner boot causing mass air flow sensor to come on. Car ran like crap. Had to pay for the new boot from Bolton Nissan. I also had to make other arrangements for my wife since car was shutting off at a stop light. I will never go back to those idiots. stay away from there if you dont want problems. Dont go to Jiffy lube Bolton.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction
Dear Jiffy Lube Customer Service,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your location on June 22nd. Initially, I visited the Nissan Service Center for an oil change, which was only $95, but I decided to go to Jiffy Lube to avoid a two-hour wait. Unfortunately, my experience at Jiffy Lube was far from satisfactory.
Upon arrival, I waited for approximately one hour, which was manageable. However, I was shocked when the final bill amounted to $308. At no point was I advised of the cost for each service; I was only informed of the total amount once all the services were completed.
To understand the high cost, I checked JiffyLube.com and reviewed the invoice. To my surprise, several services were marked as completed, but they were not performed. These services include:
- Checking wiper blades
- Lubricating chassis
- Checking windshield washer fluid level
- Checking tire pressure
- Checking radiator overflow reservoir
- Washing exterior windows
- Topping off antifreeze/coolant
- Checking battery water level
- Checking light bulbs
- Checking oil level on arrival
- Air conditioner service
None of these services were done during my visit.
This experience has left me deeply disappointed and feeling misled. I expect transparency and honesty from a reputable service provider like Jiffy Lube.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue. I look forward to your response and resolution.
With kind regards
Igor Kopmar
