Extremely disappointing customer service

I ordered my clothes on the 21st of April. It’s now the 9th of May no one has responded back to my emails or DMs. My order has still not arrived and, it was standard shipping, which should be given to me under a week?

I’ve emailed over a week ago now, sent another two emails. Spent quite a lot of money on this shop for the first time. I’m not sure what’s wrong with this company now, a sister of mine bought clothes from them and didn’t have this issue?

Wish I could just get a refund because this is just taking the mick and is extremely unprofessional.
