Jeg bestilte et kabel fra jg-musik. Efter 5 dage hvor jeg ikke havde hørt noget, sendte jeg dem en mail. Efter 10 dage ringede jeg til dem og fik lovning på at jeg ville høre noget samme dag. Dagen efter ringede jeg igen og fik at vide at der var et problem med deres system og varen alligevel ikke var på lager.
Sikke en masse besvær og spildtid for manglende kundeservice.
Kompetent hjælp, og sendte ordren med faktura. Alt var som det skulle være og pakken kom godt emballeret og gennem postnord med tracknummer og service. Tillid som andre webbutiker kunne lære meget af.
