Cheap! cheap! cheap! I was thoroughly disappointed in the quality of the pieces I purchased, utter garbage. I wish I did more research before ordering because it seems that there are numerous issue with this company. If you want quality jewellery that will last then I suggest you look elsewhere.

Was lowkey scared that the website was fake, but it's all good. The pendants I ordered were nice in hand. They sent me an extra one, a super nice gesture. I will definitely order from them again, the only minus was the long shipping time, I live in Europe so it took two months for them to arrive.

It's been a month since I ordered two pendants from this store, but unfortunately, they never arrived. I paid for everything, but I won't get my money back. When I inquired about the status of my order, Jewelry by ACE wrote back that the order had been sent and there was nothing they could do about it. When I contacted the shipping company, I learned that they do not support my country. Therefore, I would expect Jewelry by ACE to take care of this, but they decided not to respond to further emails. So, I'm without my order and my 50 dollars, that i paid. I Definitely do not recommend.

Hi, I think there is some kind of misunderstanding. I make jewelry, I don't deliver packages! Per my shop policies, International shipments are not guaranteed because once they ship they are completely out of my control...

Ordered several time from this website. The pieces of jewelry are good quality and unique. The seller always provide an extra which I like a lot ! the shipping to Europe is quite expensive though. Good experience overall.
