​I recently had my Rolex watch valued by Tim Bicknell for insurance purposes and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Tim is professional, highly knowledgeable and made the whole process straightforward and seamless.

I received a phone call shortly after booking online to talk about the valuation I requested and gave a brief explanation of my watch and what I needed etc. as well as where I was based and it was very clear from this how passionate Tim was about his profession and interest in watches in general.

It was really easy to book a date and time for the valuation to take place as a home visit through his website and the prices were clear and upfront with no surprise hidden costs or fees just the documentation cost plus premium watch cost.

The final valuation report was incredibly thorough and precise with multiple pages and clear detailed photographs of my watch just like my insurance company requested and even better it was all photographed in my own home and the report emailed to me just a couple of days later as an almost 15 page long GuildPro document.

If you need a professional, hassle-free watch valuation that's very in depth lasting around an hour and don't want to leave your watch for weeks with a nearby jeweller then I cannot recommend Tim highly enough.

Professional, honest, passionate at his craft and an all around pleasure to have met - will definitely be in contact again once it's time for renewal or if I purchase any more watches.

Tim has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He has such a brilliant way of simplifying everything and making it all feel easy to understand, whilst also being incredibly thorough and exceptionally knowledgeable.

Not only is he clearly an expert in what he does, he’s also genuinely warm, kind and lovely to deal with. He went completely above and beyond for us when helping answer questions around our engagement ring, and even came back to check everything was perfect once we’d had the ring tweaked.

We felt so looked after throughout the whole process and honestly couldn’t recommend Tim more highly.
