Jewelers Mutual Group was founded in 1913 by jewelers, for jewelers. We started out insuring jewelry stores and businesses; then, in 1953, we added coverage for personal jewelry like yours.
We don't insure cars or houses or fancy purebred dogs. We insure jewelry and only jewelry. 💍 💎
We are the jewelry insurance experts.
Your jewelry isn’t ordinary, so don’t settle for ordinary insurance.
No matter the type of jewelry you insure, it’ll be protected by our comprehensive repair or replacement coverage. Here’s what’s covered under Jewelers Mutual:
Most homeowners insurance policies do cover jewelry to some extent. In many cases, however, your coverage is limited by:
Keep in mind, a jewelry claim filed against your homeowners policy could affect your entire policy, meaning your premium could go up or your eligibility for your entire homeowners policy could be affected at renewal.
With a Jewelers Mutual policy, one of our jewelry experts connects you with the jeweler of your choice to find the same kind-and-quality replacement. All the work is done for you behind-the-scenes by someone who specializes in fine jewelry.
Trust your home to a homeowners policy, but trust your jewelry to the jewelry insurance specialists.

The personal care and service from the agent over the phone was outstanding. The price is great and coverage is the best overall.

Jewelers Mutual makes jewelry repair/replacement process so easy. Once I submitted my claim & estimate for repair, they approved it in a timely manner and contacted the jeweler to proceed. They are absolutely the best in my opinion and I highly recommend insuring your jewelry with them.

Whether you are talking with a representative or working online, you will feel confident in the services they provide. Their prices are fair and I can wear my jewelry and know that I will be taken care should something happen. Great company to do business with and I recommend it as often as I can to my friends and family.

The claim filing process was user friendly and expedient. We were extremely impressed with how quick the process was from filing the claim to having the repaired ring back. Quick and easy service!

I have used Jewelers Mutual for years now. I have lost earrings and my wedding ring had some damages. They have always been quick to solve the claims and I love wearing my nice jewelry and feeling protected. I recommend them to all my friends and family!

A duplicate payment was processed on 4/1/26 for my policy renewal, but not reflected anywhere on the portal. The overpayment was also not reflected. When I contacted customer service they acknowledged this 'bug' and said the payment would be forthcoming. I contacted them a week later and was told the funds would be released by 4/16. Why is that? If I had not contacted them, would the funds have been released?

I have used Jewelers Mutual for the past few years and very satisfied with their service follow up, and the company takes care to make sure your satisfied with coverage and reminds you when appraisals need to be updated. Their coverage rates are very reasonable, and knowledge of their products are excellent. It would not hurt to get a quote on your precious jewels, you may be quite surprised!

When I discovered the center diamond from my 1900s ring which was passed onto me by my mother who had recently passed away, I was devastated.
I was told by another jeweler the stones would never be able to be replaced. Jewelry Mutual was fabulous. I had an antique jeweler, The Rambling Rose in Orange CA find the perfect period correct diamond, who worked with Jewelry Mutual and within 2 weeks had my mother’s precious ring back.
