Worst service

Worst service, they want to charge fees for rebooking a flight even when it's the fault of the airline... seriously?!!!

smooth transaction

I like that the process was smooth and ticket prices are cheap. But during the checkout, they suddenly changed the price and raised it to +65aud which was misleading to me.

We are not sure what you mean. Your ticket confirmation was sent to your email shortly after your payment. Do you mean an email to remind you when your flight is and when to check in? We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we do not offer this service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Cancelled our flights home with NO COMMUNICATION and then booked us on a flight for the following day which meant we would have been stuck in Bali for an additional night with no accommodation.
Luckily we realised after checking itinerary so then they offered us an alternative flight on the correct day, we confirmed it and then get an email saying THAT flight is no longer available. Third time lucky after emailing back and forth, getting very slow responses and wasting our last day of holiday sorting this out, we finally got given a flight home for the right day. Get given our seats, we are all split up when I has paid EXTRA to confirm we would be sitting together. Contact Jettzy for a refund of this and get fobbed off and told I need to contact the airline. They have been an absolute nightmare to deal with, do your self a favour and book with someone else!

Booking a return flight for the same day

I tried to book a return flight for the same day, but your computer system could’nt understand and booked my return flight a week later.
I tried seven times over two days to book these flights to Brisbane on the 18/05/26 and still it reverted back to the 25/05/26 for my return flight.
All this ended up costing me an extra $755.
SORT IT OUT.

My flight to Sydney on the 15th of May…

My flight to Sydney on the 15th of May went completely wrong.

I proceeded to check in but it was denied. I then asked for assistance. The assistant could not find my booking. I was left with no other option but to purchase a new ticket for $284.00 dollar. I am a senior, Iam retired and have minimal income.
I was very disappointed and annoyed. My flight home was without issues. I can't understand why both tickets where purchase on the same day. Money was taken out of my account. I would like to be refunded my ticket for the flight to Sydney from Avalon. $201.47
