Stay away from this mob. Absolute fraud no better than a everyday hose connector, certainly will not have results as shown in their marketing
Don’t believe Buy one you will find out the hard way very expensive with negative results, only good for watering the garden

Order was easy

Ordered (1) unit for $40, the paid invoice came on my computer within 2 minutes. I saw they changed my order to (3) units for $187.00 I sent email within two minutes and was sent back a robo response that meant nothing. I then took about an hour sending messages explaining the problem but to no avail. I called bank and they already pended the amount. My bank said I could change the card or wait until it is paid and dispute it. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with and they don't answer phone calls at all.
Don't ever deal with this company, I will fight them to get my money back and I don't need this in my life. I should have followed my gut and ignored there product and all the bullshit.

Jetterix is a rip off company and they will cheat you everytime.

Very prompt response to PayPal errors. Paypal website was cause of problem in that it did not allow deletion of errors regarding delivery addresses or payment details.

Reviews about jetterix are mostly not about the product. The two reviews that are actually about the product say that it is not a good product.

This company operates along with Hose Hawk - selling pressure hose nozzles. If you give them your payment information, they will make unauthorized charges to your card. When you try to cancel it within an hour, they say they already shipped it- which is a lie.

I goofed up Big-Time with my purchase order. The issue was resolved to my Total Satisfaction. Thumbs Up to ya, mates!

I’ve already had a bad start to ordering this product. Did not say it was US dollars and ordered it thinking it was 59.99 Au. Charged $120 US dollars. Sent their customer support an email to cancel within 5 mins of ordering but they said it’s too late parcel already processed! Unbelievable. No choice but to advise my bank to dispute the transaction and get refund. A pain as now have to wait for new credit card issue so they don’t charge my card again as I see others have been multi charged here. Dodgy company by the sounds of all these bad reviews ☹️ not ordering again online it’s just not worth the trouble as there are so many scammers like this one. I see a lot of people say the product is rubbish too. What a waste of my hard earned money!

I ordered one Jetterix but the price on the invoice was raised $10 for the warranty. The product shipped from China in an envelope. I tested it and found the pressure to not be what was advertised. When I asked to return the item for a refund, I was told that if had to be unused and in the original packaging. I explained that I had to cut open the shipping envelope and test the item to determine whether it matched the advertised claims. They offered a 25% refund if I kept the item. I declined, and they upped the offer to 45%. I again declined. The offer was increased to 70% and I would not have to pay return shipping. I accepted this since it was around the break even point. I can use the Jetterix to wash the car, but it is useless for cleaning concrete.

I received a pressurizer in the U.S. and it isn't compatible with U.S. hoses as the pressurizer as a male connector and so does the typical U.S. hose. I know I might be able to buy something at the hardware store that might make the item work, but I don't think I should have to do that as the product should be compatible with hoses in the markets it is sold to.

When I wrote to the company they responded quickly. I very much appreciated that. That is good customer service.
May 25th: I ordered this on May 5th and still not have received it. They are saying to track it. In doing so, it is going all across the World just not to me. I requested my refund.
