Easy to get ordered

This is a complete scam, do not use this company. I ordered one and got billed for three at a total of £157.
They do not work, no better than any ordinary hose nozzle. Avoid!!

I ordered the goods as it seemed ideal, but I was very disappointed as the spray from the attachment was no different than the normal hose spray gun. Therefore I decided this was not worth the price it cost. I will now return for a refund. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and polite.

Jetterix spray nozzle(s) doesn't work for me. Tried spray gun more like a regular spray when activated. Nothing like the video promos.

explained well what the power washer would do and didn't get too pushy about add ons. They did have add ons and certainly mentioned many but there was small print to deny more than what I wanted, which was a power wash that an 80 year old woman can handle.

This is a scam , as other reviewers have noted the cost displayed online, bears no resemblance to what they actually bill you. It implies the company is Australian, with lots of “Australian stories”, and therefore the amounts displayed are in AUD, however it is actually a US company which you only discover once the billing transaction is processed. It also implies free shipping, yet a shipping charge is added to cost. There is also a totally spurious “extended warranty charge.

Contact your payment provider to cancel the transaction immediately as I did.
Note: even though the payment provider , in this case Paypal, cancelled the transaction , my account was still debited, so the transaction had to also be contacted to cancel there as well.

The company emailed me based on this review because quote “ Providing clear pricing and checkout information remains a top priority for us”.
Really. Read some other reviews.

PayPal always are prompt and nearly always get me a refund when possible. I will not purchase anything if I cannot use PayPal for peace of mind with disputes.

Like ordering on line made easy. Don't care for all the other offers along the way.

I ended up placing a duplicate order within minutes of the first one. I really did not think the first order had gone through due to the tons of pop up ads that came up. I never hit place order. I did place the second one. When I discovered two orders were paid for on Paypal, I immediately called to cancel order. It truly sounded like that would be done. Next day I get an email saying it is too late. I responded to email. OMG! When you respond to a customer service email you get a totally different person who has no knowledge of what went on prior to their email. It is very frustrating. At one point, I was given an offer of partial refund. I replied with a question. Guess what? Got an email from a totally different person with not one mention of the offer. I hit reply every time. There is no logic to their customer service at all. At this point, I am getting two units. Don't order from them. If there is a problem, you cannot fix it.
