Turnover here is shockingly high

Turnover here is shockingly high, and the reason becomes clear almost immediately. Independence is nearly nonexistent, and basic respect from those in charge is hard to find. Small missteps are treated like unforgivable failures and used to question a person's worth, while far more serious mistakes from the top are quietly brushed aside. Compensation only adds insult to injury, with raises barely reaching two percent and no bonuses or equity to make the sacrifice feel worthwhile. The operation runs on the bare minimum, forcing employees to wear several hats at once. While this may build experience on paper, the reality is exhausting and unsustainable. What stands out most is the bleak mood that hangs over everything and the complete lack of care for the people doing the work. Staying long-term feels less like a career choice and more like enduring something that steadily grinds morale into nothing.
