Beyond that they have often helped us connect with others in the Magento community to help solve internal issues that are outside of their scope. Samantha, Dennis, and everyone on their team have always been helpful and diligent no matter issue. We sleep soundly knowing our site is safely stored on their servers.

Jetrails's customer service is exemplary in my experience with hosting companies. We have not had to put in many support tickets, but when we did, the response time was usually within an hour or two, and the technician was knowledgeable and was able to solve our issues quickly.

We moved to JetRails as our hosting provider about a year ago and have been very pleased so far with our experience. Performance for our Magento 2 site seems to be very good and support is very prompt and helpful. Our account contact, Samantha, has been exemplary in checking in with us regularly to monitor our experience and fantastic in helping us accomplish our goals. If I have any semi-negative notes to add it would be that support often assumes that I have a technical level that is far above my meagre tech knowledge level (we are a small company with no in-house development resources), and so sometimes I get the feeling they can't understand why we request help on seemingly simple tasks that could otherwise be easily accomplished by someone who knows more than I do, technically. But this has never resulted in our ultimately getting what we requested. Overall, we've been very pleased with our experience and were glad we found JetRails.
