I ordered one of these jet nozzel things, as the price was cheap, around $35 for one unit, and if it got anywhere close to working as good as they said it would, it would be a nice addition to our pressure washer. Well, it doesn't work at all as far as pressurizing your water flow to act as a pressure washer. It is cheap, the second head to change the water pattern is difficult to remove from its holder and then difficult to install on the jet nozzle. AND, I only ordered one unit. When my purchase authorization came to me over 2 weeks after I had placed my order and after 5 telephone calls to the company, connecting only once out of those five calls, and that was right after I had received my order confirmation, I was told that it was too late to reduce my quantity ordered and that I would have to pay for all four. I informed the woman that I was talking to that I did not order 4 units, I only ordered 1 unit, and that I would not pay for 4 units. When she then told me she could do nothing about this, I called my credit card company and advised them to not honor any charges coming from jet nozzle, and if they did receive charges, to please let me know. I am now in dispute with them, and after I gather up the information found on this site, I am sure I will have an easily defensible position against the jet nozzle.

Waste of money , doesn’t do anything they say it will , don’t buy.

I ordered 1 for $38. When reviewing my email, I saw that they had charged me for 4 nozzles and a warranty for total of $151. I emailed them to send information for return. SUPRIZE no answer. Furthermore, the product was not as advertised. I would give this Zero stars. If you read DO NOT BUY YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Totally piece of crap. Then paid $15 to ship back (UPS) then they denied receiving th item. Had to provide proof. Don't waste your $

The wand they're calling a pressurewasher lacks pressure. I have a garden hose nozzle that costs a fraction of this wand that works better. There's not enough pressure to remove small debris such as dry grass. I requested a refund, and they offered to reimburse me 23.97 to keep me from paying postage and a trip to my local post office. I let them know, I would prefer to return this item. They informed me I'd be out my shipping cost of 8 to 18 dollars. It cost less than that, the first round. Now a new charge for handling fees that weren't mentioned before placing my order.

Useless scam. Any cheap hose nozzle can do what this junk does and for 10% of the price. Or, just hold your thumb over then end of an open hose like we've been doing for 100 years.

Ordered a Jet Nozzle 12 days ago never arrived. This company allegedly uses UPS who then transfers to USPS. I received an email from JetNozzle including my 'shipping number'. When tracking via UPS, that site claims the unit was shipped from ID to Tx. Then handed off to USPS. The USPS website indicates they've never received the item ordered 12 days ago. The customer service agent just kept saying, I don't know what your problem is, why are you complaining. I asked her how long do I need to wait to receive it, she said it could be months? I asked her if she knew when I should call back if I didn't receive it in months. She said...just refuse it when it arrives and we'll refund you. ...how can I refuse something that I won't receive?
I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews here because I would have never ordered it. This is openly a fraudulent company selling fraudulent items. The BBB has no record of this business existing. Hoping to find enough of those who've been ripped off by this company to bring a class action.

On June 23, 2024, I purchased jet nozzle from a television informercial. I paid $51.53 which included taxes. They also claimed this was a ‘great deal’ because of a 50% discount.
I was excited to try the product, thinking that they were selling what they advertised. When it arrived and I attached it to my hose, it had less pressure than my faulty power washer, which was my reason for purchasing) and also less pressure than my garden hose.
I contacted them immediately and asked for a free return label, they told me that I could keep the product and they would give me 40% of my money. They claimed it was easier than shipping. I declined, paid $16 for shipping and what do you know. They claim they have not received my return and my USPS tracking informed me that it was delivered and the date for delivery.
I cannot believe they took my money for a failed product and refuse to give me my refund.

These nozzles are rubbish. The pressure they generate is barely any more than a standard hose attachment. The ads are misleading and deceptive and the ACCC should be made aware of just how poorly these things perform compared to what is represented.

My Melnor RelaxGrip has 10 times the power than the Jetnozzle. The demo videos are very misleading. Don't waste your money.

The ordering process is a total ripoff. You are not allowed to only order the item you want. You're constantly forced to purchase what they want you to buy. I tried to cancel my order, but had to go to my CC company and close my account to avoid paying for the items they added to my 1 item order. Stay away from these crooks!!!

Please save your money and time. Product does not perform as advertised. My garden hose has more pressure than this "power washer". Customer service gave me 90 days to return but I would need to assume shipping cost. I was offered 65% of what I paid or return and pay for shipping cost. I took the pitiful 65% because I did not want the hassle of going to post office, shipping etc.

I have never received nozzle. They refuse to credit my card. Terrible service

They don't even deserve 1 star review - we should be allowed -ve negative star! I am absolutely disappointed with this stuff. This is a lesson well learnt - will think many times in the future when orders are made online.
They must be stopped from promoting their stuff immediately.

This is a total scam. They charge me so much I could have bought a pressure washer for the price and would have worked much better. The pressure they implied is totally wrong. A regular pressure nossle would have done a better work.

This is the internet at its worst - this item does not justify the post/cost or function - just avoid and the advertising is utterly fraudulent and the returns process does not work. I just threw mine in the trash - lesson learnt - again!

As soon as I took it out of the box, I knew it was junk. It looked like something you get off of Temu or some cheap Chinese company on TikTok for the price that I paid. It didn’t worth it. Don’t waste your money people. It doesn’t work any better than, something you could go buy from Lowe’s probably worse in my opinion

I’ve asked for a return authorization number so I can get my money back, but I’ve had no response. Of course I’m getting to the point where I’m never gonna buy anything off of the Internet again because it’s false advertising.

Their ads and videos are a complete lie. Tried it as soon as I got it, and my $10 garden sprayer from Walmart has more pressure. DEFINITELY returning it

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The Jetnozzle will not even take the algae off of a concrete bird bath! The advertising is absolutely misleading! There is no way this product produced the before and after pictures in the advertising. I tried both tips on aluminum siding and a concrete sidewalk.
