Disgrace of a company

Ordered a weighted hula hoop, 2.5 weeks ago, was only given the confirmation email that it had been ordered. Didn’t receive any other emails, the website said my order was processing, it stayed like that. I contacted jet even on email, their policy says the reply within 48 hours, I never got a reply, I emailed another 2 times a week later. Still no reply, until I messaged the Facebook page to say that apparently my item has been lost. There was no phone number to call and waiting for someone to email me back was very frustrating. I am waiting on a full refund, which I probably won’t get. Wont be ordering off this site again. It’s badly run, and they have awful customer service
