Only started playing recently and noticed Not very professional people , always seems to be the friends or regulars winning and not very friendly to outsiders .but quick enough to take your money .if you like the mick taken out of you then the site wil fit . Other than that stay away

Good Evening "Ashley"
As we only have one Ashley who plays with us that we personally know, we can only surmise this is a dishonest review or intended for another site.
As we are a newer competition site with a relatively small player base we will of course, as with almost every other competition sites, even the big boys, see repeat winners on occasion, this is however usually relative to the amount of tickets they purchase. Our last live draw (27.05) we had all first time winners on every single competition so it is strange to receive this review after such an occasion.
To touch on your point about being unfriendly towards as you call "outsiders", this simply is not the case, the vast majority of our player base we do not personally know and we take pride on displaying professionalism while keeping it fun and welcoming at all times for everyone. We have never "taken the mick" out of anyone, our players would be quick to point out if we had. If there is something you feel has offended you please feel free to get in touch via the contact details provided on site to elaborate with evidence.
If you could provide us also with your playing account details I will arrange for account closure as soon as possible, we will also consider providing a full refund for every single order placed on site.
Many Thanks
Team RAFL

Genuine prizes - I won £10 site credit!
Buzzing with my £10 site credit! Haven't been lucky enough to win big yet, but the guys are just so friendly, they seem genuinely thrilled when someone wins, they're gutted when you don't, and some of the prizes (monetary or otherwise) are out of this world!
These are genuine prizes, genuine people and such a supportive community!
Here's hoping my luck changes soon, but in the meantime I'm just going to keep trying...you gotta be in it to win it!

Hey Thomas,
Really sorry to hear you have had this experience. Our SMS provider is one of the market leaders and we expect their systems to work as intended. Unfortunately if the unsubscribe link does not add you to the optout list this is out of our control and can only apologise for this.
We can however manually add your number to the optout list if you would rather not recieve marketing SMS.
I have checked back through our messages and I cannot seem to see any from you regarding this issue, if you can get in touch either via our Facebook page or the email address provided on site we can get this sorted no problem. We have several Thomas Smith on our database so we would like to ensure we remove the correct number.
Our SMS are not intended as harassment which is why they are limited to just draw days and the vast majority of our users find it an invaluable form of communication, so again we apologise for your experience.
1 star reviews are extremely damaging to our business and believe this situation could have easily been resolved had you made us aware of this issue earlier. I hope we can come to a satisfactory resolution for yourself as soon as possible, I will keep an eye out for you in our inbox.
Regards
Steph

Love this team
I honestly love this duo Rich and Steph! The odds are low which means everyone has a good chance of winning. Today was my first win after playing for a month! It's not just about the raffles though here, it's such a friendly community and the live draws are always fun and entertaining!! It's totally legit
