Jetboil don't sell replacement parts which seems unethical for such a popular product. We lost the lid for ours and customer service weren't able to help so we had to buy a a whole new camping stove/pot. Such a waste and lack of care. Went for their competitor this time instead.
My jet-boil pezzo ingnighter has not worked since I had it it’s been 1 year but not many uses or trips due to COVID-19 I contacted jetboil via there contact page, and nothing back for a week so I emailed them nothing for another week so I fb msg them tweeted and insta dm them after another week they asked the problem said to ask the outlet I got it from as they would replace it and as a company it’s not there problem, I informed them the company no longer stock the product and that it was the same one I wanted so the said not there problem and gave me a list of 2/3 places where I could buy replacement parts myself
