Played a while won some money. Now it won't work to withdraw my funds. I do all they say but they find something new every time. And the customer service says different things. I was told by one that I could withdraw with another function just first play for this amount. But it was just a lie. And a deposit I made got drawn from my account but never deposited. Customer service did not even try to find the problem.

I signed up, got $10 to wager ridiculously! But: I did it! I had wagered well over $1000! They took anything over $100 (I get that; it’s supposed to be 10x max cash out) so: I verify myself, request a withdrawal.. continue playing with the remaining balance, to see my balance jump up $100. So I knew it got cancelled or declined. I went to chat, she tells me that I must make a deposit of $160 and play through that money too before I can withdraw???? Are they mad?!! this site is absolutely rubbish. I deposited and placed around 20 bets on the sportsbook. Then my stake size is limited to less than $1, and even I try to place with that stake size, the site says the minimum stake is $1. In other words, I cannot place a sports bet at all. Furthermore, they asked me to complete the deposit rollover before withdrawing. I had to place bets at Casino and lost some money. Today I deposited 89,000 rubles and started playing immersive roulette at Jet casino, closing 2 sessions with a balance of 153,000 rubles, (64,000 win). Strangely, the phone screen froze and after about 4 minutes the sum of 109,500 rubles reappeared, 43,500 rubles disappeared from the gaming account. I was just in time to take a photo of the phone's screen, it freezes again and everything is gone, all money disappear from account game!
I immediately contacted the VIP manager Margaret, who reported the case to the provider. Meanwhile, these less than honest people robbed me and swindled me out of 153,000 rubles.
How to prove it I attach the photo of the screenshot and I invite the players to pay attention to this Jet casino because they are people with a black soul, they cheat and damage people in order to profit illicitly.
