I received my item, Women's medium. Item was much too large. I could not exchange or ask for refund even though their website states 'Graced filled returns'. I was initially offered $5 for a $40 purchase to go away. Item was not made in Tennessee as stated on their sites, but was in transit thru Italy customs. Quality was not as pictured. Do not do business with this company.
I would give them a no star if I could. Shipment was lost and they charged me the shipping and for items lost before giving me a refund. Cost me $35.00 USA dollars for lost shipment. Don’t trust them. Shipping from Spain not Tennessee. 😠😡
Very disappointing, supposed to be a sweater shipped and manufactured in Tennessee but it originated in China and was sent through Hungary. It was supposed to be a sweater but was a shirt painted to try to look like a sweater. Bad quality and nothing like the description. Too expensive to ship back to China.
At least to me, this holly-spirited shop has done things wholeheartedly. Could see that simply from their product variants reminding me of our God, or if the buyer isn't a Christian like me- reminding them of their favorite album. Not to mention, every need of consumers is listened to attentively, wherever you stuck out, just reach to them and shall they help you out. The rest shall go smoothly, if they keep it this way: fast convenient payment done through platforms like Paypal and free worldwide delivery. In short, the shop has been doing well.
